“Easy to use site, easy process to order products, they post to more than just core England and Wales. One item was actually out of stock after I ordered it, but I was notified immediately via text and email and given options which was super.
Only snag is my delivery was in theory 1 package containing 3 items, but as the item noted above was delayed a mix-up in the warehouse occurred so I only received the problem item. But full marks to pro-tiler though - I wrote to the contact email and the helpful fellow organised the delivery of the missing goods immediately. So a good experience overall.”
