I put in a request for a sample brain 'stress ball'. About 2 minutes after putting in the request Amar Arjan called to give me a quote for a number of stress balls. He was helpful in that he gave me lots of information about costs, delivery dates etc but I could not make the decision immediately as I had to talk it over with my manager. After I put the order in, there was no further communication. The order arrived in good time and we were very pleased with the goods.
