“The service was really efficient and easy to use. I would have liked some help and guidance on design. My cups are fine but if I bought again I would make the design much better.”

“Reece who dealt with us was very good at coming up with the desired product. He listened to our requirement and made the changes needed when the first design was not quite right. Product was delivered to a timescale we needed, although sadly a few mugs arrived broken.”

“I have worked with printed4you twice now and each time Andrew has been amazing! Super quick on responses and understood our tight deadlines. I would have given this a 5 but some of our products that were printed were wonky. But I spoke to Andrew and he was very nice about the situation. But overall I think the quality, the lead timings, and customer service is excellent. Just want to say thank you to Andrew for dealing with all my queries and being so on it! I look forward to working with you again!”

“Andrew Constantinou was our account manager for some recent purchases we made with some really tight deadlines. He was really quick to respond & bent over backwards to make sure we got our order just in the nick of time, dispite a few hiccups along the way with delivery dates. Will definately be back in contact with him for branded products in the future.”

“It was a pleasure working with Andrew Constantinou. He answered all my questions and was very helpful during the proofing process. We had a slight problem with our first printed batch but he responded very quickly to our email and sorted it out very swiftly for us. I would happily recommend Andrew and his team and will happily work with them again.”

“The Customer Service provided by Cameron was very responsive even over bank holiday weekends, helpful in terms of advice on design and cost and was friendly and professional. The production of the goods was a little overdue, but a Platinum Jubilee tends to have that impact on everybody! The delivery was easy to track and enabled someone to be there at the time to receive the parcels. We have used this company before and will do so again I'm sure.”

“We needed an order, for a important event, with a very quick turnaround due to timing issues. Dan Biggin was very helpful and corporative to help us with our order. He recommended similar alternate items that would ensure we would get our order in time and worked with our finance dept to help the requisition go through.”

“The quality of the badges was excellent, and Jai was very helpful. It was a shame the delivery was delayed and that I had to call to chase this and it would have been better if I was told that the shipment was late, rather than having to call to find out where it was. I understand this was an issue with the supplier not communicating with Printed4You”
