“I ordered two prints, both spiral bound. The paper work they sent back was garbled nonsense, this should hve been a red flag. My order arrived incorrect, both 'perfect' bound, not what I orderd. I managed to get one of them corrected, but no the other. The communication was really not good, I tried to explain that the paperwork was garbled. They didn't even look at the screenshot I sent, just refused. Anyway, long story short, I went to Print Prond, and it was much, much better. If you're thinking about going using Print-my-PDF, just don't.”

Hello When the orders are sent you get an invoice in with the orders. I sent both to you via return email. One was for perfect bound and the other spiral. The perfect bound copy was for more pages than the spiral bound copy and if it had been ordered spiral you would have paid more for the order of which you did not. The incorrect order we did resend as this was our mistake.

“I have ordered many printed manuals in the past and have always been very pleased. I recently ordered a print out for the user manual for my new All in One printer. When I received it, the print was so small that I need a magnifier to read it. I sent an email message to the company but have not received a reply. Very disappointing!”

Hello I am sorry we simply print the PDF that is uploaded. We can not alter the size of the text inside the PDF's as they are password protected, this is to stop people adding extra text that could not be correct. Please check in your junk/spam folder on your emails for the reply from us.

Hello You placed an order for a A5 size book and this is what we sent. We state in the FAQ's the following What size will my document be printed? You can choose the print size after uploading your PDF. We offer two options: A5 size (5.8 in x 8.3 in or 148 mm x 210 mm) - Our most popular choice. Compact, portable and easy to carry. A4 size (8.3 in x 11.7 in or 210 mm x 297 mm) - Twice the size of A5. Larger pages for easier reading, ideal for reference documents. All documents are printed double-sided as standard. Please note that we do not resize, scale or edit your PDF. We print each page exactly as it appears in your file.

“Being of an elderly age.I cannot understand how I even got caught whith this unwanted correspondence I was trying to get a printed information leaflet/booklet on my newly aquired CANNON CAMERA. EOS 90D. So how I have recieved this unrequested. Information "I DO NOT KNOW." or understand. Being a 79 year old pensioner,who cannot afford waisting £12.97,on something I unwitingly aquired. Hello I have replied to your email about this. Our website works where the customer uploads the PDF they would like printed. When we receive the order we simply print the PDF which is attached to the order and this is the one the customer has uploaded.

Hello I am sorry we can not alter PDF's that are uploaded. The PDF that was uploaded when opened the format was when printed off had to be bound along the top edge. This mean the page when turned were turned like a flip chart. Had we have bound along the left side then when the pages were turned every other page would be upside down. And as I said we can not alter or make changes to the PDF.

“Wasn't told and it wasn't stated on their website that they print this in two separate parts , when I purchased it also never stated that they had just moved and only just set up so had to wait longer than advertised, no emails to keep me informed”

Hello I am sorry, Yes we had moved and were let down by the internet provider and so we could not send emails to our customers for a few days. We are back up and every thing is running as it used to.

“Very poor communication - I submitted an order to print 2 manuals on 5 June but they did not turn up. No one advised me that they had moved office on 6 June until my query. Still waiting and was advised that Royal Mail will commence their collection on 13 June. Very disappointed as it iwas my second time round using this firm. Will there now be a third time????”

I am sorry the text was small. The order was for size A5. If an original is printed in A4 and the customers orders A what happens is the page along with the text has to shrink to fit on a page half the size. This will make the text very small.

The original copy would have been in A4 size and you ordered A5 this is half the size of A4. Unfortunately yes the text has to shrink to fit on a smaller page size.

Hello We use Royal mail and each order sent is given a tracking number. On checking the order was delivered on the 30th July to the address given when the order was placed.

Hello Unfortunately you ordered the A5 size. We offer two sizes for printing A5 and A4 A5 is 6inches X 8.5 Inches A4 is 8 inches X 11.5 inches
