We are convinced we ordered A5 and what arrived was A4. Hey ho we must’ve hit the wrong button or there is a gremlin in the system.

I was very disappointed. Several pages were loose. It had clearly not been binded very well and should never have been dispatched in that condition.

Being of an elderly age.I cannot understand how I even got caught whith this unwanted correspondence I was trying to get a printed information leaflet/booklet on my newly aquired CANNON CAMERA. EOS 90D. So how I have recieved this unrequested. Information "I DO NOT KNOW." or understand. Being a 79 year old pensioner,who cannot afford waisting £12.97,on something I unwitingly aquired. Hello I have replied to your email about this. Our website works where the customer uploads the PDF they would like printed. When we receive the order we simply print the PDF which is attached to the order and this is the one the customer has uploaded.

Hello The PDF that was uploaded when opened there were 2 pages to one page was in landscape format. we can not alter the PDF's that are uploaded sorry.

Hello I am sorry we can not alter PDF's that are uploaded. The PDF that was uploaded when opened the format was when printed off had to be bound along the top edge. This mean the page when turned were turned like a flip chart. Had we have bound along the left side then when the pages were turned every other page would be upside down. And as I said we can not alter or make changes to the PDF.

Wasn't told and it wasn't stated on their website that they print this in two separate parts , when I purchased it also never stated that they had just moved and only just set up so had to wait longer than advertised, no emails to keep me informed

Hello I am sorry, Yes we had moved and were let down by the internet provider and so we could not send emails to our customers for a few days. We are back up and every thing is running as it used to.

Very poor communication - I submitted an order to print 2 manuals on 5 June but they did not turn up. No one advised me that they had moved office on 6 June until my query. Still waiting and was advised that Royal Mail will commence their collection on 13 June. Very disappointed as it iwas my second time round using this firm. Will there now be a third time????

I am sorry the text was small. The order was for size A5. If an original is printed in A4 and the customers orders A what happens is the page along with the text has to shrink to fit on a page half the size. This will make the text very small.

Print size was reduced making the text unreadable. Threw it away. Completely useless.

The original copy would have been in A4 size and you ordered A5 this is half the size of A4. Unfortunately yes the text has to shrink to fit on a smaller page size.

Hello We use Royal mail and each order sent is given a tracking number. On checking the order was delivered on the 30th July to the address given when the order was placed.

Hello Unfortunately you ordered the A5 size. We offer two sizes for printing A5 and A4 A5 is 6inches X 8.5 Inches A4 is 8 inches X 11.5 inches

Re: 23003070W I ordered the perfect bound and you guys sent me the spiral. So I reached out and your customer service person(Julie) and she said you guys sent the spiral because it would last longer. You guys should run these changes by your customer first. I ordered the perfect bound because I had previously ordered this same book in the spiral. And that book is falling apart in less than a year. So I figured I would give the perfect binding a try. So you should run these changes by your customer first. The second thing is the customer service person(Julie) that I’ve been communicating hasn’t seemed that nice through the email thread. And it’s not even my fault this happened. You guys made this mistake. And then to cap it all off, she says if I receive another that’s wrong for me to pay to have it shipped back. That’s not okay. Especially when it was you guys that CLEARLY made the mistake. I sent you guys a picture.

Hello We are sorry we sent a spiral bound version. The PDF had 542 pages and knowing a book with so many pages would eventually fall apart with the perfect bound version this way we sent the spiral. After you emailed we resent the order perfect bound.

Arrived quickly but it is was printed in B & W when the order was Colour and there is an error in the print on the front page.

Hello I am sorry we state in the FAQ's we can only print in black and white. If you are not happy then please return the order with a covering letter.

Not happy with the pdfs and because recent surgery on my lungs, I am not mobile enough to return it via the post office. So I had to post it in the post box at the bottom of my road with no tracking I ordered via my mobile witch has a different interface than the website and gives less information

Hello We have exchanged emails. You are not happy because they are not colour. We state we can only print in black and white in the FAQ's and also there is a video you can watch on how the finished product would look like. After your email I checked on my Samsung phone and the website is the same as if you were to view it on a desktop computer. I am not sure which phone you have. Once we receive the order back we will refund you.

Th pages started falling out the day that i got it. The spiral one i got before had the back pages start top come of because of the spiral type you guys used.

Hello You contacted us and we looked into the matter. The order was stuck in the Royal mail postal system as soon as we knew this we resent the order and checked the next day with the tracking and it had been delivered.
