“Really easy to order but I'm disappointed my order hasn't been delivered to me after 7 days. However, I do realise it was been New Year & that there have been extra days holiday. Hopefully my order will arrive tomorrow.”

“Thank you for promptly printing my OM-3 camera manual. Unfortunately I cannot give you 5 stars because the plastic cover was bent over at the top right hand corner on Part 2. It doesn't stop me being able to use it, but for something brand new it is a disappointment, particularly as the last time I had a different manual printed half the pages were inserted upside down and therefore back to front. You need to get a better quality control. The plastic cover is damaged most likely from being shoved into the posting envelope without much care. I have only used your company on these two occasions.”

“Hi, the booklet I ordered arrived quickly, however I requested a repeat in a different format. I have called and emailed several times and have not received a response at all. I am very disappointed as this was for a 100th birthday, which is quite special. I am still interested in having a reprint, but would like to speak to someone regarding my requirements.”

Hello We have replied to your emails please check in the spam folder. The only way to make this larger is to have it printed in A4 size.

Hello We are In the UK. We shipped the order on Friday 29th August and the tracking to your address in the USA says the order was delivered on the 6th September 7 days later. We do not use a courier we use Royal Mail then once it reaches the country of destination it enters the local postal system.

“Straight forward to order quick delivery the main problem is the size of the text which is small and the writing under sample pictures are impossible to read this is the second time I’ve ordered from your company the first time the print was twice the size for same A5 booklet I was going to phone company and complain but would probably be a waste of time”

We simply print the PDF that is uploaded. Each different company may it be Canon, Samsung, Nikon or any other format their PDF's in different text sizes of which we can not alter before printing.

Hello I am sorry the text was small. PDF's are password protected so we can not go in and edit text or diagrams. The only way to make the text bigger is to order an A4 size manual.

Hello The order was delivered on the 9th May and Royal mail say they left a card to say where the safe place is.

“The printing and production overall is very good but packaging for posting was poor, as was post-order communication. The manual was simply placed in a flimsy 'jiffy' bag providing no protection against rough handling or rain water. I had warned print-my-pdf about this in advance having previously ordered from them. They chose to ignore my advice and in consequence the manual arrived with creasing to the back cover. On receipt I immediately advised them and requested a replacement manual. No answer was received so after 4 days I chased this up. On the very same day a replacement arrived with minimal corrugated card wrapped around the manual to 'protect' it. This time the manual was fine but I should have been advised that a replacement was being sent - rather than simply ignoring my message once again. I detect no willingness to change regarding these things - so something to consider for the future.”

“Hi, I'm very happy to have my document printed and bound but was given a clear cover sheet instead of the wraparound cover I was lead to expect from the images on the site. I also had to request information more than once about shipping, etc.”

Hello On the video where the lady is talking the first image shown of a bound book is the perfect bound copy and this is what was ordered and sent. The perfect bound binder is a cover that is wrapped around the pages. The back is a cream card which then wraps around the spine where the glue is located, then to the front is a clear acetate cover.

“They did exactly what I sent them, so I have no complaints about service. However, I will not use it ever again as my copies were too dark to read-- I'm sure it was the setting of the pdf, so again, they did what I paid for, but I'm not happy with the result. I wish there was a way to really see what the pages looked like before they are printed, but as it is there is not. Buyer beware.”

“Used these guys a few time. Price is good and quality always great. However delivery time has gone to the dogs: documents used to arrive in a couple of days, now it takes 7 days and that's only after I chased it. To their credit the response was swift when I did chase it. Package arrived battered and torn, but document inside OK thankfully.”

Hello The delivery is out of our hands once we hand over. But in this case we tried another company other than Royal mail. I explained this in the emails were exchanged. We have now gone back to Royal mail as yes the other company had shocking delivery time.

“I have used this service for several years and have always been delighted with the end product. However, on this occasion, I submitted an upload for my new car manual and because of the number of pages the document was printed in two separate booklets. The first booklet was excellent but the second volume is bound (spiral) and the pages are all in reverse order so they have to be read 'Japanese ' style, back to front.”

“An absolutely simple to use website. The shipping was fast. The printing was quality, the paper too. And the binding was well done. However the tag board back was too flimsy as was the clear plastic sheet on the fromt; waaaay too thing. Those two things need a quality control check. Otherwise zero complaints and highest recom.”

“The content is all there but overall quality leaves a little to be desired. The front and back stiff pages are larger than the rest of the book and the last half (page 147 to the end) is a millimetre wider than the first half.”
