I sent you an email, nobody responded. I thought my order was in color, it wasn't.

Sorry you didn't get a reply. We try to respond to all emails within a few hours. We make it clear on our website that we only print in black and white. When you upload your file it is converted into black and white and shown to you as such. I'm sorry if you missed that. If you are not happy with the order please return it for a 100% refund.

Do not use Print my Pdf! Poor communication, poor customer service and stupid. Size of manual produced was ridiculous: purse size. I was obvious you would want to read a 300 page manual at normal size like 8.5× 11. Stay away from these bait and switch criminals.

I'm really sorry you were not satisfied. You choose the size you want the book printed not us! We clearly show the two sizes we offer. We give the dimensions. If you aren't happy please return the book for a 100% refund.

Sent the pdf in colour, recieved it in black & white. Waste of money as it was not made clear when ordering.

I'm really sorry you missed this. We try to make it very clear that we can only print in black and white. When you upload your file we clearly show that your file has been converted to black and white. Please return the book for a 100% refund.

Book font too small . Binding very unprofessional . Book tore both sides on first day . Too expensive for the quality of the book.

Sorry to hear this. You chose the size you wanted it printed, but we will re-send printed twice the size (at no charge). Of course the book should not have fallen apart. It sounds like it was damaged in the post.

The site claim to print the metirals in 12hrs. I made the payment and it took you 5 days to even reply to my concerns after I filed a case in PayPal. I discovered that I can print same thing in India with 10% of your prices not go consider the bad customer service and very slow printing and delivery.

I cannot recommend print-my-pdf.com. They sent my document (which contained confidential information) to the wrong person (who admittedly had the same surname as me) and then initially advised the recipient to put my document in their recycling bin!

Sorry to hear this. As you know this has been resolved. We got the copy sent in error to another Mr Wilson back and sent it to you. We made an honest mistake for which we apologised.

My PDF has pictures of old scripts which is printed so blurred that impossible to read. I will never recommend your service to my calligraphy community :(

Sorry you weren't happy. The quality of what we can produce depends 100% on what is supplied to us in your PDF. If you are not happy please return the book for a 100% refund.

Terrible quality. Cheap spirals and plastic. I had to have it all reprinted at a local store. Didn’t realize this was a U.K. company and it took over a week to arrive in the states. When I asked to pay for expedited shipping, they said they don’t do that. Won’t use ever again.

Really sorry to hear this. We use very expensive spiral binding. We also make it very clear we are in the UK and inform the visitor throughout the process how long delivery is likely to be - 7 to 10 working days to the USA. The cost of faster courier delivery is simply not cost effective unless the order is very large. The cost is typically 5 times more than the cost of the book itself. If you return the book to us we will give you a 100% refund.

This is the worst manual I have hd. The print is too small and you need a magnifying glass to read it. Have bought phone Manuel before. No problem. Will not buy another camer manual

Sorry to hear you found it too small to read This is the size that Canon make their manuals now I'm afraid. We will re-send tomorrow twice the size tomorrow. This will be in A4. I'm sure this will be easier to read.

Service ok but afterwards they are never off your back with selling & reviews. So be warned if buy from these people.

Sorry to hear you don't like hearing from us. I have unsubscribed you from all future emails. Every time we send email to previous customers we have always given them the option to unsubscribe. Once unsubscribed we can never email them again. Any legitimate company must give their customers the option to unsubscribe, and we have always done so.
