Highly disappointed. One of Print-my-PDF's headlines on its website is "Let us turn your PDF into a professionally bound book." This is NOT accurate. They basically just photocopy the pages of your PDF and then bound it in a cheap looking paper binder. This is not the BOOK I expected after looking at their website. Regret using them as I could have photocopied the PDF pages and put in a cheap paper binder myself for far less expense. Also, please note this company is based in the U.K., so shipping charges apply.

Hello There is a video on the home page on the website which shows how the PDF's will be bound. You are more than welcome to return the order for a refund but the return postage will not be refunded.

Quick turnaround on order however print quality didn’t meet my expectations. Some paragraphs were faded where the original PDF didn’t show such artifacts.

Hello I have taken a look at the PDF and the photos some are dated 1945, these are old black and white photos and the quality on great hence once copied not clear as when viewed on a PDF on a screen.

Asked for a spiral bound on one copy and a perfect bound on another. Received two spiral bound. For such a long wait time on shipping from Great Britain this was unacceptable. Reached out via Email the day I received the incorrect product (November 22nd) was contacted via Email four days later (November 26th) by Julie that a reprint was being done in perfect bind as I had originally ordered. Don't have a clue when it will arrive....just that it will not be when It should have been.

The spiral binding was applied improperly and the top pages fall out of binding when the book is laid flat.

Great turnaround, but print quality isn’t it. Darker images come out hardly visible, but then again I only spent a tenner..

Hello I have taken a look at the PDF you uploaded and see that is is mainly photos all in black and white. The original is fairly dark and this does not help.

It wasn't clear to me that my order would be printed in a smaller format than the PDF file nor that it would be two books, Part 1 & Part 2.I may have missed it when I ordered but I didn't see any of those options. For what I paid, I'm not happy with two books printed in something like 5x8 instead of a standard 8.5x11 size

Hello Once you have uploaded the PDF you will be asked what size you would like the PDF to be printed in. Your PDF was printed in A5, the option you should of chose was A4. These options are under the add to basket (orange box) If you had choose A4 the cost for printing would have been double. We clearly state in the FAQ-s the following, Is there a maximum number of pages I can have in my PDF? Your PDF can have any number of pages. However, our largest binder holds about 400 pages (200 sheets). If you upload a document with more than about 400 pages we will split the document into more than one binder.

Book delivered quickly but found it to be of no use to me. At least half my fault so wanted to return the book for money back and try again. Phoned you 17, 16 and 14/02. Had to leave a message in every case and so far have not heard back.

Hello I can confirm the order has been returned. The PDF was formatted with very large margins and unfortunately we can not alter PDF's it is against copywrite rules. I have issued a refund for this order.

I have rated you poor as I have not had a response to my email sent to you just after ordering my printing explaining that I had inadvertently transposed the code for Black Friday 30nov2023 to Nov2020223. And so I didn't get the discount. I felt that as I have been a customer of yours for many years I thought you would be a bit more considerate.

Print converted from colour to blk/wht. The black prints too dense -unable to see the SEWING INSTRUCTIONS clearly plus prints are scaled down ie small. Not successful. Suggest an option to scale up and reproduce in colour for the prints to serve the purpose.

Hello I am sorry we can only print in colour. You ordered the book in A5 had you ordered in A4 then the text and pictures would have been larger.

Hi, I ordered a perfect binded print of my PDF, and a ring binder version turned up, so not a great start. I then asked via email, if you would send a perfect version to which the response was yes, but then I didnt hear anything back from you despite repeated emails etc, etc. I dont want this to be a public review, but i would like someone to look into this. It took three weeks to get the wrong bound. I order perfect bound and got spiral bound.

Unfortunately, the only thing that print-my-pdf has performed well was charging my account. I was unaware of a ransomware attack that is currently plaguing the English courier system and my delivery is currently in limbo until some sort of a solution can be created. What would have been helpful from print-my-pdf for international users would have been a heads up in regards to a delay in delivery since this is the second half of the business model.

Hello Your order was already in the postal system when the Attack took place and unfortunately we did not realise until the next day this had happened. Emails were sent out to customers and I am sorry if you did not receive one.

Hello, I received the order today 23000117W. Thank you for the quick delivery. I would like to give you some feedback about it. Few points which sometimes can make a difference for the clients. 1. the pages are not bonded perfectly, some of them are up for few mm, some of them are down. this gives a flimsy and careless appearance. 2. book has chapters and the book was printed in 2 parts. the second part contains 1 (one) page from the previous chapter which is in part 1. whoever bonded the 2 parts should have looked at the chapters and separate them better. Thank you

Disappointing this time, after very good service in the past. Three problems: (1) the booklet arrived creased - a sheet of corrugated card in the "Jiffy" envelope would have prevented this, but none was provided. (2) the image size in the supplied booklet was a half inch less both vertically and horizontally than the "natural" image size from my HP printer at home, and this made all the difference to clarity/legibility, which was not helped by (3) faint rather streaky image quality in the supplied booklet (new ink cartridge needed?). Unfortunately, the supplied booklet was not acceptable, and on phoning the company, I was offered a refund (rather than an effort to correct the problems).

I wasn't 100% sure whether I was getting color or not. It came black and white, fine, but the bottoms of the pages were faded compared to the tops, decreasing readability.

Hello I have taken a look at the PDF and there are different types of text in varying shades of grey and these do not always print very well. Please return with a covering letter for a refund.

The back cover of my printed books have completely fallen off. Thus exposing the back pages. -- Not really happy 😕 and can't recommend to anybody.

Ensure you have chosen the correct size. My print arrived as barely legible in tiny print. It would be great if the service provided that feedback when choosing size

Hello Have taken a look at the PDF and would say the original would have been in A4 size. You chose A5 this means every A4 page has to shrink to fit on an A5 size piece of paper in doing so the text will become very small. I am happy to resend the order in A4 size for you.
