“Initially ordered for an A5 print with fixed binding, however, received them in an unacceptable condition - papers were out, not 1 or 2, but hundreds of them. Sent an email regarding this, however, got no reply. Paid again and ordered for an A4 print with spiral binding. Still awaiting.”

Hello We did reply to your email and we refunded you for this order. The second order was delivered by courier on the 6th December at 4.11pm and signed for by yourself. The courier also has a photo of the delivery.

“• Still Learning how to use the Print Form. First order was good, but print font was quite small. • My second order has not been received yet. I ordered the larger ? A5 size and I hope the font will be a little larger. Spiral Book size is good. No Date for 2nd order yet.”

“Good print, good bind, nice plastic cover. Only issue is the back cover fell off immediately so I took the whole thing apart and put it back together, but that only took a couple minutes. Overall a great product and SO much easier than reading this on a tablet.”

“You need to allow the customer to be able to increase the size of the printed text. Although the booklet was nicely printed, the font was too small to read without a magnifying glass.”

“Excellent service and quick delivery. Good if you have an exam to prepare for! Would be useful if you could upload multiple PDFs and print them as a single bundle instead of merging your documents manually before uploading but this is a minor criticism. Very happy with this service”

Hello I am sorry but we do not put hardcovers on the front we bind with an acetate clear cover. We simply print the PDF the customer uploads. We do not alter the PDF in any way. The first page of the PDF was the table of contents there was no front cover on this PDF. Have you got us mixed up with a different company?
