“I'd lost the manual for the camera and wanted to pass the camera to my 10 year old grandson so I was delighted when I came across Print My PDF. Delivery was incredibly quick and the spiral backed book made it easy for my grandson to read while holding the camera.”

“I submitted a document to be printed by your company before realizing that what I really needed was a COLOR printed document. Your company honored it's satisfaction guarantee and refunded my money when I told them that I ordered a COLOR document from another firm. Thanks for being an HONORABLE company. Not all PDF printing companies are so inclined. If I ever need a black and white only document I will keep your company in mind.”

Sorry to hear this. We will look again and see if we can do anything. We do check every order that leaves us. Your document is mostly color pictures. As we make clear, our service is black and white only and is designed mostly for text.

You ordered the books to be printed in A5 size, which is half the size of 8.5 x 11. You were given the choice to select the larger size. Please contact us directly at hello@print-my-pdf.com. We are happy to reprint all the books at the larger size and credit you for the current order.
