We offer two types of binging - spiral and perfect. This has not changed in 10 years and is exactly as shown in our pictures. You ordered your document with spiral binding. If you would like this re-send perfect bound please email us at hello@print-my-pdf.com. We will do this free of charge. 90% of our customers prefer spiral binding and we get almost no complaints about it.

“I originally reviewed with a 2 star for lack of communication about font sizing. I had asked for help, because it was not clear on ordering, how to adjust the font size, or I missed it, and I received a book printed too small to read comfortably. I was, however contacted and offered a replacement, which was very fair. I'm not taking it, because it was my fault, so really be aware when ordering- but, too had I received a response to my email after ordering, it could have been prevented altogether.”

“I ordered a hard copy of a seven hundred-page instruction manual. It arrived within two days of placing the order, which I thought was very efficient. it came as two ring-bound booklets that lay flat and open and close easily. I was very pleased with the product, it will last the test of time and all at a very competitive price.”
