“I got my textbook printed because I prefer to read from a physical book than from a pdf. The printing quality is ok, but they added bleed to the pages, and since it was printed in A5 paper size, I can barely read any of the text. I tried to make it work, but my eyes and head started to hurt, so I had to put the printed book aside and read from the pdf.”

“The "perfect" prints were like a dogs hind leg, it was impossible to flick through 1 page without flicking through 9-20 pages at a time. I rang to ask if these could be resent in ring binder form, but had 2 postal delivery days to receive these as I wanted to take these on holiday with me, they never turned up, I left for holiday on Friday afternoon.. i rang and spoke to a woman she said that she would try but your printer had broken down.,”

“Fast delivery. Good binding. The ink colour is insufficient in my opinion (or my vision is too sensitive?)- not black, some area dark grey. But it is still acceptable. No smell on the print, which is good.”
