“Fairly quick and easy to change plates. The actual plates are small and thin, better to get these done yourself. The ones I received were considerably narrower than the original plates. Good price for registration though. Thanks”

“Simple and straightforward. It's just a matter of pay n go. I didn't realise that I could have bought the (mandatory) number plates cheaper elsewhere, but not by much. It wasn't clear at the start that I would need to send my V5 to the company, not direct to DVLA, but that didn't delay much beyond a couple of days. Overall. Very good”

“I required 2 additional rear number plates as I have both a trailer and a towbar mounted bike rack. For this reason I had to call Primo as there is no facility on their website to order 2 additional rear plates. My enquiry and order was dealt with very efficiently by Vicky but the promised email to verify my ID etc. did not come through. I called the next day and spoke again with Vicky who resent the email which then arrived immediately. A few days later both the certificate and number plates arrived in separate packing. Sadly I received only 1 additional rear plate, necessitating a further call to Primo, again promptly and efficiently dealt with by Vicky. Currently awaiting the delivery of the missing plate. I would have given Primo 5 Stars but have to reduce it because of the two issues experienced.”
