Overall I was pleased how straight forward it was with them doing all the transfer work with DVLA and MoT. My only slight grumble would be i checked the DVLA online on the Friday lunchtime and noticed the transfer had taken place so was able to put my plates on and notify my insurance, I didn’t hear from Primo to tell me this until sometime on the Monday. I’m glad I checked on the Friday myself!
