I would NEVER use this company again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered 2 of the same bottle of whisky worth £65 each. I received an email from them saying they will process 1 and put a hold on the other in case of a duplicate order. I confirmed I wanted both bottles of whisky and they confirmed they would process both. On delivery I received 1 bottle of the whisky I ordered and another bottle of whisky I did not order. When I emailed in to inform them of the error asked for the unwanted bottle to be returned they said that it was a substitute and cannot be returned. I then called Customer Services and they were very unhelpful and said that they used a substitute and that the unwanted bottle of whisky cannot be returned. The problem is they substituted a £65 bottle of whisky with a £20 bottle of whisky and charged me £65 plus postage. I said it was not a perishable good and should be able to be returned but they said they will not accept a return. Absolute disgrace of a company. I have gone to my Amex to recover the money instead.

Interestingly, the only way to leave a comment is to click the 'I've had a great experience' button. Instead, what a total nightmare! Following on from a delayed delivery of a Father's Day hamper, I was credited with £10. I decided to use this £10 on an afternoon tea hamper for my mother's birthday yesterday. I was contacted the day before delivery stating the hamper was out of stock. It took 3 more choices before I was informed that the selected hamper was in stock, and received confirmation that this new hamper would still be delivered yesterday. The hamper was not delivered yesterday, but today instead. And it turns out that a hamper wasn't even delivered but instead a bunch of flowers with no message. What an absolute disgrace.

My dad is in a care home at end of life. He is bedbound and blind. I live over 200 miles away and he has no one near. We couldn’t be there. I ordered a giant card, balloons, chocolate etc. things he could feel and taste. All in stock and I was given a delivery day of 17th- the day before Father’s Day. Nothing turned up. Nobody rang ir emailed me saying nothing was coming despite being told in email it would be delivered 17th. Had they I could have arranged something else. He had nothing on Father’s Day. Nothing. It broke him. He’d been looking forward to it from the kids. I had to chase you to be told it was now out of stock ( everything) and I can reorder something else to be sent out. No communication and it took me chasing you. If it was out of stock why was it advertised as in stock and given a delivery date by???!! My father is in a care home and had the most miserable day now with not one gift, and no family. At his time of life. Why would I order another Father’s Day gift to come a week after Father’s Day which you told me to do! I’m disgusted through and through: stay away from this company, lies and no communication at all. You have to chase them!

Buyer beware - especially if you live in Scotland. Somewhere in the small print there is a line that says your delivery might take 3 days beyond your requested date if you live in an 'out of the way' place like SCOTLAND! Absolute disgrace in this day and age. I ordered a week in advance of my friend's birthday as I knew I would not be there for it and wanted her to have something special on her special day, but it was not delivered until 3 days later. Customer service were really uncaring and unhelpful. Just referred to the T&Cs, which everyone knows that noone reads. Something as important as not being able to deliver on a selected date should be in great big letters when you order as people using this service are doing so, usually, because they can't be with their loved one on their special occasion and want something to arrive on that date - that is a basic requiredment of a gift delivery service and this company falls well short, both in their product and their customer service. Please don't use them even if you live in their selected delivery area since they seem to want to have Scotland break off from the rest of the country!

Terrible. The order was scheduled for Easter Sunday 9th and just did not turn up at all. I sent multiple emails with no response. The tracking system is useless and ambiguous. Never again!!

I have used Prestige Hampers before but do not remember having such a difficult time ordering through the website. and ... finding additional items to include with my order. I hope the delivery is on time and better than the ordering system. I doubt I will use this site again.

Ordered for delivery 17th in time for Mothers Day, was then told it could be an extra day as its delivery to Northern Ireland , well it’s now 21st and no delivery. Phone lines closed and no live chat !! Terrible service

Ordered a hamper for Mother’s Day that was not delivered. Have tried constantly to get in touch with so called customer service with no reply. Terrible way to treat customers. Would not recommend to anyone.

Good products, but let down badly by Royal Mail. My order was not delivered by the required date & the charm of a surprise gift was lost. Very poor customer satisfaction.

Didn't deliver on the day it was supposed to.Meat pie hamper that spent 3 days in transit.The courier was standard Royal Mail.Birthday present for a elderly relative who spent two days awaiting for their parcel,one on their birthday the other the next day which still didn't arrive it arrived the day after.No customer service at all even though a ticket was raised.The delivery was never going to be made as Royal Mail picked it up from Prestige Hampers on that day, I ordered it 3 days before hand.A bad experience.

Very disappointed, most of the products in the hamper were very near the use by date and of very poor quality. Absolutely nothing prestigious about this at all !

Ordered two items Dec8th for Christmas delivery to two separate family members. One gift arrived on time and the second one never arrived. Informed on January 8th ( one month later) that they don’t deliver perishables to the recipients address so we reordered non perishable items. They then sent the non perishable items to the wrong address. NO APOLOGY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STILL NO RESOLUTION ALMOST 2 MONTHS. AFTER ORDERING. Will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Ordered the Hamper for next day delivery on the 22nd Dec. I kinda expected due to strikes that there would be a delay so wasn't upset when it didn't arrive before Christmas. Christmas came and went and i opened a ticket on the 30th Dec. Got a reply on 4th Jan from someone promising to look into it, but since then there has been radio silence. Useless company, made promises it couldnt keep, took the money and hasn't followed up, no information.

I received my order 1 week earlier than requested. The order was for a birthday which then could not be enjoyed on that date required. I have requested customer care to look at this with no reply at all. Ticket number.1733968

I would not buy from prestige hampers. I ordered a hamper worth £64.99 on sale, they sent the wrong hamper, this hamper came in a little cardboard tray, not the handmade basket it claims to come with! When I complained and they sent out another hamper to us worth the same amount. This hamper did come but the wooden chest that was advertised also didn't come! Why advertise that the hampers come with lovely chest/ boxes/ handmade wicker hampers, when the items just come in cardboard boxes! Customer services were helpful in resolving the issue. But overall the items and so called hampers aren't worth what they say they are. I will definitely not buy again and have told family and friends of our bad experience.

Prestige Hampers If i could give them less than once star I would I ordered 19 Hampers for our Clients and for small company spent a lot of money. The hampers didn't go out on date requested and the cards I filled out weren't sent. When I tried to view delivery details the same picture was on all the hampers . Whilst i appreciate Prestige were very busy trying to contact them was a nightmare and they offered me a voucher for £ 10. I would never order through them again

My complaint is about their organisation and lack of proper customer service. I ordered a hamper for Christmas but then realised I needed to cancel it. The website said that I had 24 hours to do this. They do not publish a telephone number, but I emailed to cancel within two hours of ordering. They obviously didn't look at it in time, because they'd ALREADY SENT THE ORDER AND THEN REFUSED ME A REFUND. To me this is sharp practice, so beware.

What Went Wrong......Where do I start? Ordered a Christmas Afternoon Tea Hamper for my parents to be delivered 24th Dec (as they were away the week before). Delivery was attempted on 22nd Dec, with a card left advising they would deliver next day, however Royal Mail were on strike, delivery was 28th Dec, by this time, the food had been sat in a van somewhere. Arrived 28th Dec, with a card inside saying to consume by 25th Dec, and to throw the food away if it arrived later than this! The food had to be binned, past use by dates. Prestige sent no communications out about despatch, nor did I receive tracking information, which I could've maybe diverted. Contacted Prestige - their response, 'please understand this is a busy period for us', Well DON'T USE COURIERS WHO ARE STRIKING during busy periods. Offered a £15, but min order is £29.99 plus delivery, like I'm really going to spend another penny with this outfit, let alone £15 - NO THANKS. STEER CLEAR OF PRESTIGE, you will be wasting your money! My parents are now left without a hamper, so I will be buying another one, just not from Prestige!
