i will never use this company ever again very stress full ordered 18 th december received 31 st december very dissapointed christmas eve i had to go to sainsburys as this was a christmas present

I ordered a hamper for my family in the UK on Dec 03 2020, it arrived on 23 Dec Empty, I have tried countless times to contact this company though email, chatbot, enquiries and nothing back. Hamper was 150 GBP , my family in UK receieved nothing but an empty basket for Christmas and I have wasted hours trying to resolve this but just met with a wall of silence!. Disgraceful customer service!

Late delivery so food inedible - disappointing company!! Ordered two hampers for an elderly relative who lives alone at the other end of the country for Christmas, to be delivered on 23rd December. One arrived via Royal Mail (not sure how when on strike) but the other which was a Christmas Day afternoon tea didn't arrive until 28th December. By this time the hamper was inedible due to the food gone off. Whilst I appreciate it's not Prestiges fault for the strikes WHY didn't they use another company?? Abysmal customer service, no reply to emails, online chat a waste of time. Total let down!! :(

This hamper was suppose to arrive on Dec 22nd, finally arrived on Monday 2nd January, which was far too late!

So disappointed to discover on Christmas Day to discover that neither hamper were delivered. I was sent an email to say they were both delivered the week before Christmas & had assumed they were. Am seeking legal advice on matter.

Ordered name day delivery for 29th of Dec as was on holiday until 28th to being 31st Dec recived my parcel that has been sat at post office from 23rd of Dec with a note in the hamper saying consume by 26th Dec 3 days before suposed delivery

Terrible service arrived a week late out of date customer service very slow no one answers phone very poor now trying to blame on postal strike even though they new before hand trying to get out of refund I own my own company am surprised your still in business I would not recommend

Ordered a £91 luxury hamper as a Christmas present on the 19th December and paid for guaranteed next day delivery. Its now 30th Dec and still not received!!!! Nobody is replying to emails and phone lines not being answered. And to top it off, the hamper I ordered is now £50!!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service. Never ordering from this company ever and will be contacting trading standards. FUMING!!!!

I ordered a surprise Christmas hamper to be delivered to my son in Birmingham for the 24th December. To date (30th December), the hamper has not been delivered! Upon requesting the cancellation of the hamper and a refund, I am told by the customer service lady that "due to the perishable nature of the product" and the fact that the "order has been printed" I cannot be refunded. Makes no sense as the 6 days later and still no delivery, surely the perishable nature of the product is affected anyway?! HIGHLY dissapointed with firstly the actual service and then also the way in which I have been treated. Surely for such a let down of a Christmas hamper not been delivered, a little understanding and an agreement to refund would be the very least that would happen!

Ordered a Hamper to be delivered on the 16th December, which got delivered 4 days late, and no food was consumable. I have sent email after email to get this sorted and get a refund. The customer care is horrendous, no-one bothers to come back to you, phone lines from the start have been closed. I would not recommend the company to anyone.

Received a Prestige Hamper from them as a gift from my sister. It arrived 6 days late, withe pork pie covered in green mould, the same with pigs in blankets..... And most of the biscuits were broken......... And of course.... No one to complain to..... Would definitely not recommend

I had a coupon for £40 or more, my total came up to £42 and when I tried to redeem my coupon I was told I don’t meet the criteria to pay with the coupon. When the package came, I could go Tesco and pick up the same stuff in the package for £20 (which I did just to prove my point). This is fraudulent and was a horrible experience for a first time customer. Please don’t waste your money it’s not worth it.

My hamper was not delivered on stated day, no card left by RM. Rearranged for another date only for them then to say it was rejected at door and been sent back. They recipients never had it at the door. I am fuming with this company as I cannot get hold of anyone. Sent emails, messages and phoned but no body talks to you. Don't use this company they are useless!

Informed 3 days after placing the order that it could not be honoured as they couldn’t deliver to the addresses I entered. No reason stated, and the website clearly stated that they could deliver to the aforementioned addresses. No apologies made, and I was informed a refund would be processed. I have chased several times, still no apology made, no refund returned, but they have said it will be processed.

I ordered from your website a hamper to be delivered to my family in Australia. I received confirmation of my order and another email saying it was being made up. Then I received an email saying it was not a hamper for Australian delivery with a link to order flowers. I replied say I did not want flower and did not place an order. I asked for any monies to be refunded.. I see from my bank that the money has been taken and no reply has been given to my two requests for a refund. Disgusting.

Do not use, website great but they do not deliver or answer any communication. Effectively they have stolen funds and failed to deliver. Buyer beware.

Lucky people giving 5* reviews for this awful company. Christmas cheese platter hamper still not received and all communication being ignored . Check out the Trustpilot reviews for more accuracy. Will be reporting to Trading Standards.
