I have use Prestige twice and been vey happy apart from the first one I ordered, I tried to cancell it was for my brother but he had to go back into hospital, the hamper ended up at his neioubours my brother got the fruit yes he had the other things but it just wasnt the same. This will not stop me using Prestige again.

good categories but there should be sets with different variety or cutomser should be able to select basket contents. check out is smooth but does not cater to international customers.

Although the parcel was supposed to arrive on or before February 9th, it was delivered on February 12. I sent it as a birthday present which my cousin was delighted with. I would certainly consider purchasing items to send as gifts; however, hope that they will look into assuring requested deivery dates are met.

My sons and their wives were very pleased with their gifts. I had a ‘£10 voucher. The instruction was to scan the code but no further boxes or instructions on how to redeeem.

I ordered a basket for my mom for her birthday. I live in the US so I had to depend on Prestige to get it right. There were some hurdles (royal mail didn't deliver) but your company made it right!! It is good to know that I can depend on Prestige hamper to deliver something beautiful from me. She loved it. Thank you
