You did terribly. The hamper ordered was not delivered and I do not know how to find it. Tracking indicated it was left in a post hub somewhere. The fresh food will be no good by the time it is found and the recipients and myself, as sender very disappointed. What are you going to do about this? Your telephone has not been answered all day.

Dreadful, hamper was late so food was off, no communication at all and trying to find the hamper I had ordered to see what chilled food might perish was impossible as it wasn’t on the website anymore

I am a recipient 1)Received hamper with nothing to indicate who had sent it. 2)Second problem enclosure states out of date23rd December ! for a Christmas hamper. No idea how to resolve this

Absolutely would not use again, ordered for the 20th for a present arrived 2 days late and paperwork advised not to eat if not delivered on the 20th, can’t get hold of anybody so now my dad has no hamper for Xmas So I’m the whole a waste of 44 pounds and customer service doesn’t exsist

Late delivery of hamper - meaning waste of food. I tried contacting customer service by phone but (apparently) always 'closed - I tried several times during the day over several days! The supposed 'live chat' function was not available - it did not appear to exist on the webpage. And the email response was slow and not very helpful. Based on this experience, I would not recommend at all.

Order was placed by our daughter as a gift for us and supposed to be delivered by Tue 13th Dec but did not receive it until evening of Fri 16th. Notified Customer Service by email immediately but so far have not received any communication other than an auto-generated reply. Tried to telephone Prestige Hampers customer service but never got through, just placed continuously on hold.

YOU ACTUALLY HAVE THE CHEEK TO SEND ME A SERVICE RATING EMAIL WHEN YOU IDIOTS/SCAMMERS DID NOT DELIVER THE HAMPER WHICH WAS TO REACH MY FRIEND YESTERDAY !!! At the very least, this is the worst service experience that I have received ordering a gift online. The WORST CASE SCENARIO - Your whole website is a scam and you are taking thousands of customers like me for a ROYAL ride. YOU CAN HIDE BEHIND THE RUBBISH SERVICE OF ROYAL MAIL - BUT ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT YOU DELIVER WHAT YOU SHAMELESSLY TOOK MY MONEY FOR. Anyway, if you guys are a legitimate business - REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY SO THAT I CAN FORGET YOU AND YOUR PATHETIC SERVICE !!!

Absolutely dreadful service - a hamper was returned as one of the digits was mistyped and they wanted to keep the hamper AND my £70!!! Disgusting - I will never ever use them again and I have spent hundreds with them in the past

Ordered almost £70 worth of hampers to be delivered on 18th no sign of any delivery have since tried DPD tracking to which I got a reply that the item is a perishable and not going to be delivered so tried to contact prestige hampers and despite various attempts can not get through, this experience has left a sour taste and I will not be using the service again or recommend to others. And now £70 down will have to try and find an alternative gift for the intended person

Terrible experience. Ordered 3 hampers, one arrived. cant get anyone on the phone says the office is shut and its within office hours. Would not use again for our business to purchase client hampers. The one that arrived was also a day late. Same old story a silly email to say a ticket has been raised, while no actual solution and no one to speak to.

Terrible. Paid for next day, nothing received and still nothing with no contact from Customer Service despite emailing in. Then received an email with “how did we do today”……well nothing has arrived so you tell me? Will never use again.

Delivered past its sell by date, ok post office strikes, but its impossible to get hold of customer services. Phone lines are clearly shut. So our xmas food hamper has gone in the bin!

I have placed an order to send out pressies to 5 different addresses. I was offered a 10% introductory discount and had 2 different voucher codes, but the portal said "discount code not valid." I have tried calling their office only to get a voicemail message saying we are busy, but directed to a live chat site that has informed me that someone will get back to me. I feel that I have been scammed.

We ordered a hamper that has turned up to our office smashed and soaked all the contents. I have emailed to see if I can get a replacement in time for Christmas and days later is has gone unanswered, I have tried the live chat on their website and every time I attempt it there are 'no agents available' and also I have tried calling a phone number I have found in the pits of their website and I was on hold for three hours and then it just cut out? If you need something in a rush I wouldn't use these people.

Left at a previously agreed “safe place” as delivered by Royal Mail. As recipients were out. Notified with email and picture within 45 minutes of delivery, a good service. Well done!
