Unfortunately, despite pre ordering weeks in advance to ensure plenty of time, my brother’s 60th birthday gift was delivered a day late! Disappointing as I live in Australia & my brother in the UK. It ruined the surprise. Irrespective, I will continue using PH as the product is excellent & website easy to navigate.

The most user unfriendly website I have used in a long time. It was not intuitive and quite illogical at times. Lacked or could not find features that are usual on this type of website.

Ordered 2 Hampers that were exactly the same for both sets of parents. They arrived on time but both were different. One had a wicker hamper and one did not. Slight change to contents too. Emailed Prestige but did not get a response 🙄. Not happy!!

The hamper was fantastic delivery was disappointing asked 23 dec was delivered 16 dec .rang customer services seven or eight times. Back to Mark's & Spencer next year

Quality was satisfactory but hamper delivered a week prior to requested date which was a huge inconvenience. Customer service took no responsibility.

Hamper was sent as a surprise gift. It arrived several days before the requested date.Recipient not realising it was for her, left it unrefrigerated. I have not had any feedback on the contents

Our main Christmas hamper did not arrive for Christmas. Cheeses and chocolates maid it but not the main hamper. So I had one daughter who got hers happy and a very sad second daughter. Won’t order for Christmas again

Poor customer service! Approached few times customer service and rather than give assistance and find a solution they just blamed the card issuer for payment not going trough while 10 preauthorization were taken on the card used. called and was told " nothing we can do". Different issue regarding a delivery not recieved and retunred to the sender. Customer service mentioned no compensation was due and not even provided the solution to resend the hamper or refund the amount paid

Hello. Bit disappointed in over look. Lacking some Christmas cheer I thought. Bit pale. The flowers in the advertisement (although an added cost) just would’ve completed my purchase but I wasn’t sure how to have both!

Cannot help but left feeling disappointed with prestige hampers. Whilst I recieved what I ordered, I feel decieved by the photographs on the website. I know there are descriptions of items, but literally what you get feels about a quarter of the size displayed on Web pages, making you feel underwhelmed, where as it should be the opposite. I also selected specific days for delivery (more cost) of the four baskets ordered none of them arrived on those days selected days, they all arrived earlier, which was not what I paid for, for specific reasons like I knew they were not going to be home! Also on two baskets the actual basket was broken where wood was snapped. Overall expensive for what you actually get, underwhelming, and leaves your disappointed and a little bit mislead.

I Have used Prestige Hampers/Flowers before but do not recall tne difficulty of negotiating Your ATROCIOUS WEBSITE! ,This was particularly evident at the 'PAYMENT' Section, which kept rejecting my Card Details, for NO APPARENT reason, wasting an extra 35minutes of my time! It was doubly annoying when 'the System', subsequently, accepted the same Card, NO change of Details!! Additionally I was disappointed with the 'Hidden' charges, which are not mentioned up front! If you intend to add a 'Delivery Charge' and, rather small minded-ly, even one for the ,Message Card'!! A bit 'petty' don't you think? Incidentally WHY Do 'Prestige' make a Charge for Delivery, when Your Competitors Deliver 'Free'? I shall be placing the rest of my many orders wuith Them!!

At first I was extremely disappointed. The hamper was supposed to be delivered on Friday December 17th. It was finally delivered to a neighbours house. It was wrapped in a plastic bag( dropped off by Royal Mail). It was damaged and nowhere did it state it was fragile. I contacted Your company and they said they would send a replacement. I have yet to hear from my brother. This was for his birthday. If I get a response that it has been received I would use your company again.

Online order was simple, but we never received any delivery confirmation at the time of delivery on Dec 15th, 2023 which is odd.
