Easy to navigate the website to place the order. Delivery was on the exact day as I had requested. My only negative would be the content of the hamper. I do not feel it was worthy of nearly $100 AUD in value.

Thank you the content of the hamper was great but I was disappointed to find that the message that was supposed to go with the hamper never reached my friend she received a hamper with no message

Hi my name is Micheal Huggins, british but live in Spain, on your booking out page it wouldn't let me put the country of residency and this made me have to use my Facebook count to log on, something I feel is unnecessary, there should be a way of putting Spain in on your address register so that my billing details are logged properly and safely. This will probably be the last time I use your site unles you can accolades overseas veterans. Mike Huggins ex WO2 British Army.

Went smoothly, until you automatically entered my address, which has since changed. Why don't you hace the option of updating one's address. If Amex denies this order, because the address has changed, I will be furious!!!

This is I think the third time I have used your site. The end result has been good and the recipients have been delighted with their hamper. Unfortunately I am not on the same planet as your website provider. I am 72 and a regular user of the internet but by no means an expert. But I found it difficult to compare different hampers and then to pay i lost the order a couple of times and had to start again. It took me an hour and a half to complete.. I am sure the recipient will be delighted with her hamper and I will forget the hassle I had until I am halfway through paying and have to start from scratch for the third time. Then I might just throw my toys out of the pram

The gift hamper was an ideal thank you gift for our friends, the delivery and timing was very good. However resetting my password was very clumsy, took to two tries, had to re-enter my order 😐

It is a nice hamper, and was very well received by the recipient, but it seems scandalously overpriced for what it is. About £80 for two bottle of wine, some cheese, and some crackers! I will just buy a wicker hamper next time and fill it with stuff from Aldi!

Unfortunately, despite pre ordering weeks in advance to ensure plenty of time, my brother’s 60th birthday gift was delivered a day late! Disappointing as I live in Australia & my brother in the UK. It ruined the surprise. Irrespective, I will continue using PH as the product is excellent & website easy to navigate.
