I ordered a surprise Christmas hamper to be delivered to my son in Birmingham for the 24th December. To date (30th December), the hamper has not been delivered!
Upon requesting the cancellation of the hamper and a refund, I am told by the customer service lady that "due to the perishable nature of the product" and the fact that the "order has been printed" I cannot be refunded. Makes no sense as the 6 days later and still no delivery, surely the perishable nature of the product is affected anyway?!
HIGHLY dissapointed with firstly the actual service and then also the way in which I have been treated. Surely for such a let down of a Christmas hamper not been delivered, a little understanding and an agreement to refund would be the very least that would happen!
