Delivery too early, no notification it had been sent and box did not say to refrigerate. Requested replacement to be sent as it was a gift, customer service said nothing they could do, it happens, do not use this company.

The hamper to family in Plymouth has still not arrived. I asked for it ti be delivered on 23rd abd you tried to deliver on 19th and 20th when I knew tthat would be at work so they still haven't had it. My order to Hornsea also came early when they were in Greece. Fortunately, a neighbour took it in. I would never use your company again.

This is the second time I have had issues with this company regarding delivery. A Christmas gift was delivered without any notification and delivered a week earlier than requested. Poor customer service when speaking to them afterwards.

Really disappointing service, we ordered several hampers to be delivered, contents were missing from 3 separate hampers, we only found out when family members told us that items were missing. Be aware that prestige hampers will not tell you they haven't delivered the entire order, they will however keep the money unless you tell them that they didn't deliver all items, cakes, wine,etc.. Don't trust them, go elsewhere, try Virginia Heywood, or I hampers, all delivered on time and with all contents included.

Hamper wad delivered 8 days earlier and the recipient was away it was delivered the week before so was a total waste of money. I was absolutely gutted they didn't get their Christmas present.

Sent wrong day wrong hamper tried to. Rectify it and sent wrong hamper again!!! Basically I payed £25 for 2 scones and a bit of cream...never again will I use prestige hampers...

These hampers were of good quality. However, the delivery experience was a complete disappointment. When ordering I was invited to choose suitable delivery dates, which I did. However, in both cases, the hampers were delivered way in advance of the dates I chose, which was totally inappropriate and not in accordance with my expectations or wishes. Such a shame as the products themselves were quite acceptable.

what a nightmare . i ordered two xmas hampers to be delivered to two different adresses early december specifying dates well before xmas for delivery and only one has arrived and after numerous phone calls where no one picks up the phone and numerous mails which i get futile replies to which don't help. the last mail sent me a link to track the parcel which says in the hands of royal mail but apparently royal mail have not got the parcel. so here i am saturday 23rd december ( offices closed as weekend) and monday is xmas day with no solution . a very poor customer service as nobody has rung me despite numerous demands . for me a company to be avoided at all costs !

Worst company I’ve dealt with in a long time. Ordered three hampers. They arrived late despite paying much higher delivery charge. The hampers were damaged. Full of holes and badly made. They’re not wicker but cheap plastic. Half the contents shown in the picture were missing. Tried many times to speak with customer service but they give nonsense replies to confuse the issue. Constant infuriating lies and weird answers. We reported them to PayPal and Trading Standards. Totally avoid them at all costs. Toxic company.

Neither of the hampers I sent arrived on the date I organised. I was neither told they were being dispatched nor did I get an email to tell me they had been delivered. I was given no warning and therefore could not rearrange with recipients.

I purchased a hamper at £90 to delivered 23rd December as the recipients were away until late 22nd December. I paid £5.99 for delivery and when asked which date to deliver when ordering I selected 23rd. The hamper was delivered 20th December and as no one was home it has been thrown over the side gate (6ft high) where it will stay, in the rain, until they arrive home on the 23rd!! If the fall from height hasn’t broken the contents, the rain will definitely do its damage! I have contacted them only to get a very standard reply about peak times being busy so may deliver early or if they are in hard to reach areas. They are near Southend so hardly outer Hebrides! I now have to purchase ANOTHER gift for them as this one will be ruined. The response from customer service is disgusting and disappointing. I would not use this company again as it’s quite clear they are very happy to take your money but not so keen to reimburse for mishaps they have made. I urge you to be very wary before using them.

Would never use again, hampers were damaged and couldn’t get full compensation or even another one sent out for a swap. Might as well of just gone to Asda and put the same stuff in a bag for life for a 1/4 of the price and none of the hassle. Awful.

Shambles. It specifically asks for a delivery date upon checkout. I ordered well in time for that date (according to them) and it still is not delivered 3 weeks later... Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a $80 traditional Christmas hamper for my dad overseas and they sent a cheaper one person $39.99 one. Won’t partially refund- have sent photos of what I can (my dad is old and unwell so not an easy task) and they still won’t do anything about it. Putting the onus back onto me even though I am overseas. Customer service terrible- please don’t get scammed by this company- not trustworthy!
