They sent the wrong hamper and refuse to acknowledge their error. My daughter in Melbourne Australia paid £79.99 for a very substantial Christmas Hamper. Instead a hamper which would have been set to ‘Billy no mates’ arrived. Small packet of crisps, 4 biscuits and ten breakfast teabags. You get the picture! The £79.99 hamper would not even fit in the box they sent. They offers £10 of a future order like they are ever going to get one!

Pay attention, this is a fraudulent company. If the delivery of the goods faisl, they refuse to deliver it again and refuse to return your money.

DO NOT USE, AVOID ALL AT COSTS. THEY DO NOT DELIVER THE HAMPER, REFUSE TO HELP (CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, NO KNOWLEDGE AT ALL) AND THEN THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. CANNOT CONTACT BY PHONE ALL BY EMAIL, ABSOLUTELY AWFUL COMPANY. AVOID!!!!!!!

Ordered for 9/12 and got it 11/12 . The sate was available for delivery hence why i chose it. Then i get an email to say its arriving 11/12 and get told theres a 3 day window and its all in the terms and conditions… who reads that anymore… not impressed and a family member was left with no present for their birthday

Email received on Tuesday for £10.00 off on purchase by Thursday, no code given. Chased up for 3 days over telephone & emails, no satisfactory response received so far. Last year I had purchased from them, now I will purchase from other company. Very disappointed customer.

An absolute rip-off, the afternoon tea hamper was £25 reduced from £38, it came in a box size 10" x 8" you can imagine what size the 2 cakes, packet of biscuits, 2 x jars of preserve, bar of chocolate, 2 shortbread biscuits and a box of tea were. Don't waste your money with these people, you would have got a quality hamper from M&S for the money this company is charging. Don't think they will refund either, customer services told me I could return it to them but I wouldn't get a refund.

The hamper was not delivered when it should have been! In fact it still hasn’t been delivered! I’ve tried contacting customer services but they sent the same reply! They have all the details they need yet still ask for confirmation of address, name and order number! Totally useless And even if the hamper turns up today! It’s too late because the person whom I gifted it to has now returned to Australia so they can’t get to enjoy it! I will never order from this company again.

I have just spent hours on your site ordering 3 items after sorting out your having my 4 year old address still in your records, resetting passwords. I find you have not ordered the 3 but only 2! get your act together please!!!!!

Hello, this is in fact a very well timed review request. Although I ordered the item to arrive on my Mother's Birthday and it is yet to arrive as I type. On the day of delivery Royal Post claimed they could not get access to the property. There were people at the property all day enjoying a Birthday party. No footage was apparent of any delivery attempt all day on the CCTV. I have spoken to my Mother today and although the item has been tracked to the adjacent town, it still hasn't been delivered. Slightly disappointed to say the least, apologies for the negative review. Paul Williams.

Very unprofessional Staff. When you see that they will do next day delivery, don't believe it blindly, you are expected to read long terms and conditions before placing the order. Regret placing the order from this place. Ordered Flower for Birthday and never got it delivered upon contacting customer services they kept telling me the terms and conditions mentioned on the website. What's the point of getting it delivery of flowers a day after the birthday.

Couldn't deliver to the address I specified. Didn't inform me of this until I consecutively chased them, and have still not had the refund 10 days later Terrible service

They failed to deliver on selected date blaming the courier and that we weren't close enough to distribution centre, however they didn't dispatch in enough time for the 2hampers to arrive, nor did they communicate that it would be late. The small print says delivery is not guaranteed so be careful, they also failed in customer service.

Didn't deliver on time, pointed me to small print stating that Centsl Scotland mainland is not guaranteed delivery as too far from distribution centre. Money was taken for a specisl occasion gifts including set day delivery postage. postage code clearly given but no warning except in small print. Then they didn't care.

I would NEVER use this company again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered 2 of the same bottle of whisky worth £65 each. I received an email from them saying they will process 1 and put a hold on the other in case of a duplicate order. I confirmed I wanted both bottles of whisky and they confirmed they would process both. On delivery I received 1 bottle of the whisky I ordered and another bottle of whisky I did not order. When I emailed in to inform them of the error asked for the unwanted bottle to be returned they said that it was a substitute and cannot be returned. I then called Customer Services and they were very unhelpful and said that they used a substitute and that the unwanted bottle of whisky cannot be returned. The problem is they substituted a £65 bottle of whisky with a £20 bottle of whisky and charged me £65 plus postage. I said it was not a perishable good and should be able to be returned but they said they will not accept a return. Absolute disgrace of a company. I have gone to my Amex to recover the money instead.

Interestingly, the only way to leave a comment is to click the 'I've had a great experience' button. Instead, what a total nightmare! Following on from a delayed delivery of a Father's Day hamper, I was credited with £10. I decided to use this £10 on an afternoon tea hamper for my mother's birthday yesterday. I was contacted the day before delivery stating the hamper was out of stock. It took 3 more choices before I was informed that the selected hamper was in stock, and received confirmation that this new hamper would still be delivered yesterday. The hamper was not delivered yesterday, but today instead. And it turns out that a hamper wasn't even delivered but instead a bunch of flowers with no message. What an absolute disgrace.

My dad is in a care home at end of life. He is bedbound and blind. I live over 200 miles away and he has no one near. We couldn’t be there. I ordered a giant card, balloons, chocolate etc. things he could feel and taste. All in stock and I was given a delivery day of 17th- the day before Father’s Day. Nothing turned up. Nobody rang ir emailed me saying nothing was coming despite being told in email it would be delivered 17th. Had they I could have arranged something else. He had nothing on Father’s Day. Nothing. It broke him. He’d been looking forward to it from the kids. I had to chase you to be told it was now out of stock ( everything) and I can reorder something else to be sent out. No communication and it took me chasing you. If it was out of stock why was it advertised as in stock and given a delivery date by???!! My father is in a care home and had the most miserable day now with not one gift, and no family. At his time of life. Why would I order another Father’s Day gift to come a week after Father’s Day which you told me to do! I’m disgusted through and through: stay away from this company, lies and no communication at all. You have to chase them!

Buyer beware - especially if you live in Scotland. Somewhere in the small print there is a line that says your delivery might take 3 days beyond your requested date if you live in an 'out of the way' place like SCOTLAND! Absolute disgrace in this day and age. I ordered a week in advance of my friend's birthday as I knew I would not be there for it and wanted her to have something special on her special day, but it was not delivered until 3 days later. Customer service were really uncaring and unhelpful. Just referred to the T&Cs, which everyone knows that noone reads. Something as important as not being able to deliver on a selected date should be in great big letters when you order as people using this service are doing so, usually, because they can't be with their loved one on their special occasion and want something to arrive on that date - that is a basic requiredment of a gift delivery service and this company falls well short, both in their product and their customer service. Please don't use them even if you live in their selected delivery area since they seem to want to have Scotland break off from the rest of the country!
