After an issue with a damaged hamper delivery, I contacted Prestige. I live in Australia and this was a Christmas gift for my dad. They immediately organised a replacement and were so easy and helpful to deal with, even entirely via email, which worked perfectly with the time difference. The new hamper arrived beautifully. Fed up with the sheer complexities of ordering anything over the internet with no of lo ophools etc one has to go through and repeat etc would be a lot easier and quicker if one could just ring and place an order !

Loved the site easy to navigate with some great choices. Ordering on line was easy, this the first time I have used prestige hampers, my delivery to friends should be the 24th as requested. So far very positive. I will write another review when it arrives and include feedback from the recipients.

i tried to pay with Visa and 4 times it was refused , i only continued as it was the best Hamper i could find . needles to say first and last time i use this company

What is the 'add on' ?? that appears on the bill and so increases the advertised price. Cannot see any explanation. Looks like you nudge the price up a bit
