“It said it would be delivered next day in the ordering process but then once I paid it said in three days time! Fuming. Wouldn't order again!”

“After an issue with a damaged hamper delivery, I contacted Prestige. I live in Australia and this was a Christmas gift for my dad. They immediately organised a replacement and were so easy and helpful to deal with, even entirely via email, which worked perfectly with the time difference. The new hamper arrived beautifully. “Fed up with the sheer complexities of ordering anything over the internet with no of lo ophools etc one has to go through and repeat etc would be a lot easier and quicker if one could just ring and place an order !”
