Ordered a Hamper to be delivered on the 16th December, which got delivered 4 days late, and no food was consumable. I have sent email after email to get this sorted and get a refund. The customer care is horrendous, no-one bothers to come back to you, phone lines from the start have been closed. I would not recommend the company to anyone.
