My dad is in a care home at end of life. He is bedbound and blind. I live over 200 miles away and he has no one near. We couldn’t be there. I ordered a giant card, balloons, chocolate etc. things he could feel and taste. All in stock and I was given a delivery day of 17th- the day before Father’s Day. Nothing turned up. Nobody rang ir emailed me saying nothing was coming despite being told in email it would be delivered 17th. Had they I could have arranged something else. He had nothing on Father’s Day. Nothing. It broke him. He’d been looking forward to it from the kids. I had to chase you to be told it was now out of stock ( everything) and I can reorder something else to be sent out. No communication and it took me chasing you. If it was out of stock why was it advertised as in stock and given a delivery date by???!! My father is in a care home and had the most miserable day now with not one gift, and no family. At his time of life. Why would I order another Father’s Day gift to come a week after Father’s Day which you told me to do! I’m disgusted through and through: stay away from this company, lies and no communication at all. You have to chase them!
