Following on from a delayed delivery of a Father's Day hamper, I was credited with £10. I decided to use this £10 on an afternoon tea hamper for my mother's birthday yesterday. I was contacted the day before delivery stating the hamper was out of stock. It took 3 more choices before I was informed that the selected hamper was in stock, and received confirmation that this new hamper would still be delivered yesterday. The hamper was not delivered yesterday, but today instead. And it turns out that a hamper wasn't even delivered but instead a bunch of flowers with no message. What an absolute disgrace.
