Overall, the charger is quite slow and I decided to return it. It's almost impossible to get in touch with Power Tool World. After a week of messages I finally maneged to speak with a woman from Customer service. She said that I cannot return it because I used it even just once. I'm very disappointed.

Can’t complain of Power Tool World but now is your real test of your post sales service because the metal blade is already damaged by using it just once. Let’s see what can you do

Let down by DHL. Paid extra to get a Saturday delivery and I was informed that the product was with DHL and on its way to me yet they failed to deliver and their customer service was awful. I purchased the product elsewhere as I had a job to do on the Sunday it is now 10 days later and I am still awaiting a refund. It is a shame, PTW did their bit and eventually their customer service team came back to me three days after I left them a message, but DHL’s performance and delay in refund provokes this score.

The Makita drill I bought from POWER TOOL WORLD was sent to me in awfully poor packaging A box that barely covered the dimensions of the product which collapsed in transit and a single sheet of bubble wrap which did not even cover the drill and arrived with every bubble burst was evidently insufficient Even if my purchase worked on day one, any issues that were not immediately evident due to the shoddy packaging, may cause the item to fail prematurely. So I notified PTW of this issue hoping that they would listen and learn from this and change the way they packaged items to protect future customers from potential issues Instead I was told that the packaging was fine and they would not change their packing - which means they would continue to send out items in this way irrespective of the potential damage to the customer’s property I was told I could sent it back at my cost and get a refund or a replacement sent out with the same packaging as I have just received neither of which was a satisfactory option I understand that we all make mistakes but those that listen and learn from issues and respond positively will succeed. Those who don’t typically fail I would suggest that prospective customers of Power Tool World think hard about the way in which their property is sent and decide if any £s saving is worth the lack of customer support and their disrespect for a product worth about £100 I would also suggest to Makita that having companies like Power Tool World as an apparent official reseller be reviewed given the potential issues they carelessly and casually cause to their hard earned reputation and company name Personally I am not going to buy from Power Tool World again. They do not deserve any margin they make from the sale of carefully designed products that other companies have invested in

Ordered a £399 mower ... they have taken my money and i have waited in for 2 Saturdays now ... after paying for a Saturday delivery and the mower still hasn't arrived. I'm waiting for my refund!!! I would buy anything from the company again!

Powertool world don’t seem to want to accept returns. I had to run an errand earlier in the week and was passing by the offices and thought I would pop by as it was on the way. The lady in the click and collect said that they didn’t accept product returns

Ordered on 16/4/26 paid for next day delivery recieved on 22/4/25. Impact bit would no come out at all, phoned customer services told to call back as we're to busy, phoned back at 4 o'clock and was told everyone had gone home not good.

Having recieved a faulty item, I then sent back using your method for returns only to be told that the item was missing! They then said this was my issue to take up with DHL, so I have lost money, will never purchase from this company again, for all I know their own employees could have taken ot from the box! Disgusting customer service.

The motor on the unit has burnt out already it hasn't lasted 2 wks very disappointed with it tbh I will be sending it back and I will require a new one pls

First time order. Order turned up with packing note enclosed but short, 1 item missing. Emailed Power Tool World, responded to confirm order was short and that the missing item would be sent that day for next day delivery. No DHL confirmation, subsequently emailed a second time, different person responded to say that the person dealing with my order shortfall was off and forgot to process the missing item. Order did turn up, 48 hours after. Will not be using again, only plus side is that people were honest and didn't try to cover up the fact that there was mistake after mistake Power Tool World end.

You advertise "Price Matching" but would not on my purchase as the other Seller was not on your list! This is disgraceful and an outright lie on your part. Promised overnight delivery was why I eventually purchased from you but it came on the third day so I could have saved money by going with the other seller. Maybe the delivery company was at fault but is is your overall responsibility to keep your promises. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
