Power Tool World refused to take a return on a product that you had to open and try before you could tell how bad it was. Fortunately there are plenty of similar companies so I will take my Milwaukee buying elsewhere.

Paid £5.99 for delivery was late when I called I was advised I would receive a refund for the delivery nothing has come seems like I was told that to just get me off the phone great service.

Sadly I ordered the items from Power Tool World on the 3rd of January and I still don't have them! The courier service used (which you pay delivery for) is incredibly inflexible and cannot make changes to standard delivery unless you work through PTW. However, PTW say you need to make changes directly with DHL, so one group pointing the finger at the other. It's been 3 weeks since ordering and the items haven't even made it back to PTW following one attempted delivery, so all i can hope is that i receive these items by March at this rate with a 3 month delivery window, it's ridiculous!! It's like every retailer seems to want people to buy from Amazon instead of them, as whenever you do it's a headache and with delivery charges for a far worse delivery service!

I have ordered the item and I have my address. The item was sent to my old address and I have never received it. DHL did not help to recover the charger, so I emded up paying for something I never received.

Terrible Experience - Avoid! I ordered from Power Tool World because they offered next-day delivery, but a week later, my parcel still hadn’t arrived. To make matters worse, they then canceled my order entirely without providing any explanation. Getting my money back turned into a frustrating ordeal with unnecessary drama and poor customer service. This was a complete waste of my time and energy. If you value reliable service and professionalism, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere.

I had an awful experience at power tool world. Ordered a router on the 1st of December for my partners birthday. It was meant to be delivered on the second but there was info missing. I called on the second and made sure they had all the info to be delivered next day. On Wednesday it didn’t show up, I called power tool world they guaranteed me it would arrive on Thursday. Thursday came and gone, I called again, they assured me it would be here on Friday. Once again, Friday came and gone and the router never showed up. I had no birthday present for my partner. I finally escalated to the manager, which blamed DHL all along. In the end I cancelled it and got it from another place. Came the next day.
