“My delivery was incomplete as one part not sent. 10 days later still waiting for part. Patchy email correspondence with no apology nor sense of urgency to address this matter. Very difficult to get through by telephone - waited 30 minutes for my call to be answered and it was terminated. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will not be buying from your company again.”

“Quick dispatch and delivery of items purchased, happy with the price would be a 5 star review but sadly the strimmer I purchased came in a box that had been opened previously and there was a small component missing, only a 12mm M4 bolt but bit annoying Also I paid extra for a mulch plug for my lawn mower, it came up as a recommended option as an extra and I thought it was a good one.....only there's already one in the mower so that was a few pounds wasted, maybe my fault for not checking the details more closely but also poor form from the sellers website”

“Firstly the most negative thing is your postage costs, and discrimination against those living in northern Scotland which IS MAINLAND BRITAIN! Contrary to yours and every other exploitative sellers terms on the internet. Connected to that, is the ridiculous size of the packing box used to send a small pocket knife. No wonder delivery charges are this extortionate. Something that could easily have been posted in a padded envelope for £4, is instead put in a box that could have contained 30 of said item, and couriered by private enterprise. An unnecessary and negative experience for your customers.”
