“Purchased a cordless bosch lawnmower but it was delivered without the battery and charger, over a week later the matter has still not been resolved which is embarrassing as it is a Christmas present, very disappointed and unhappy with whole saaga”

“Have been trying for over 2/3 weeks to resolve, still no joy. Trying to refund and parcel picked up from DHL is a total joke waited in 2 days for parcel to be picked up at my expense STILL WAITING !!!”
