“When the box arrived it was beaten up and open at both ends. Pieces were missing making the tool unusable. I reached out by phone and email. Couldn't get through on the phone, which cut me off after 30 minutes of waiting on hold. It's been about ten days since I emailed, only got auto responder saying "we'll be with you in 48hrs" then "24hrs" then nothing for more than a week. Have tried chasing up but nothing. Very disappointing aftercare.”

“Excellent service quick delivery my items was genuine and work amazingly Milwaukee fuel hedge trimmer has amazing power and great performance best battery powered hedge trimmer IV used IV never had a battery powered hedge trimmer be able to perform the way this Milwaukee M18 does it's got some weight feels and performer's like my Stihl petrol model and it's better than many other petrol models IV used I also purchased the M18 8Ah forge battery this thing is incredible been getting loads still on the one charge the true to there claim of 2 hours of play time on a single charge very happy with my purchase and will buy from power tool world again as I have done a couple times in the past and always had good quick service and received good quality products”

“Awful, I received the item and have been trying to send it back ever since. I have sent photos e-mails and rang everyday but i’m still stuck with the item and £136 worse off just tell me how to return it i don’t want it.”

“Dpd postage service is a disgrace! We missed our entire bank holiday weekend because they messaged us each morning saying we will deliver today, should have arrived on the Friday and it turned up the Tuesday afternoon so much for next day delivery. Suggest you avoid using dpd as I won’t ever order again while you are and as a company you seem ok just the postage.”
