“Delivery was an issue as DHL as they delivered only two of the four items, I emailed customer service to ask them to look into this but they never responded, four days later DHL delivered to remainder. Need to improve their customer service skills and communicate with the customer when they don’t receive their full order.”

“Avoid! Tampered box (re-taped) with battery/charger missing, but they left the battery manual inside—clear proof of intentional kit dismantling. Zero apology from support, just generic 'Hello' templates. Terrible service for a Bosch dealer”

“I’ve always had a good experience with PTW, however their choice of courier (DHL) has left me disappointed with the overall experience. Out of all the main couriers in the UK, DHL constantly have delays or cancel the planned delivery at short notice.”
