“PTW are a great shop. I have bought various tools from them and they give a great service. The only problem is their delivery partner DHL who's service could be described as variable at best. However despite several non-deliveries, PTW always sort it out and are both quick and polite - well done.”

“PowertoolWorld, when it gets things right, is a very good place from which to buy your tools. But when things go belly up the situation is completely reversed. Customer service is non existent. No phone number on their website, and one has to search very hard to find anything remotely connected to an email address . Truly appalling customer service this day and age .”
