“I want to give feedback to improve PowerToolWorld. because, PWT needs to improve them selves in order to survive in this highly competitor hardware tool trading. I have a poor experience when buildng an item form PWT. - the dispatch time took 2 days from ordering (competitors took same day dispatching when we order in working hour). - The item i snot delivered to me due to some issues. in fact they try to deliver 2x but the delivery always have problem and finally I did not get the item. - i need to contact the help centre despite they should contact me first to solve my oder. - finally they issue a refund but it takes time. - So, I did not get my item and waste sometime to get my refund. Hope PTW can hear my feedback.”

“Got all the relevant confirmations etc but after waiting a long time with no “out for delivery” I chased. Told that the order was never checked into DPDs system. Offer was to replace the missing order minus an out of stock item or refund. Took the refund and gone to another supplier. Had to wait days for money to be refunded. Failure of system, checking and customer focused support.”

“Ordered a battery hedge trimmer, when placing order there was a glitch between my bank and their system, which resulted in me having to re order 3 times on same day. Then 2 turned up with one on way, but this never arrived. 3 payments came out, then had a lot of trouble getting anyone on the phone and only had standard email responses. After a week and countless calls and emails I finally got hold of a human on the phone 🎉and it’s being felt with now thankfully. Definitely need more people on the phones 🙏 let’s get back to them days when someone answers the phones and deals with things. This is and always will be the best way.”
