“I had to cancel the order as DPD continually failed to deliver it. They even claimed they had been at the house but couldn't leave it. Simply not true as I had been in all day. Between DPD and PowerToolworld, I was completely messed around and at one stage was asked if I was calling the wrong company because they couldn't track the order. Despite cancelling the order DPD continue to message me saying they intend to deliver and I'm still waiting from my refund. Stay clear utter shambles.”
