“The product I’ve ordered tried to be delivered 2 weeks ago but I unfortunately couldn’t make it on time so I missed the delivery and since then I’ve had no confirmation on when it will be delivered again and I’ve tried to call you company several times and no has answer or called me back and I’ve emailed several times as-well and considering I’ve spent a lot of money on this product I would like to know as soon as possible when it will be delivered”

“When the box arrived it was beaten up and open at both ends. Pieces were missing making the tool unusable. I reached out by phone and email. Couldn't get through on the phone, which cut me off after 30 minutes of waiting on hold. It's been about ten days since I emailed, only got auto responder saying "we'll be with you in 48hrs" then "24hrs" then nothing for more than a week. Have tried chasing up but nothing. Very disappointing aftercare.”
