“I'm happy with my purchases from your store. However, my last package never arrived. I received an email from DHL stating that I received the package and signed for delivery, which is not true. The delivery photo is not from my property. I haven't received a response to my request for clarification from DHL to this day. I haven't found out where or with whom the courier left my package. “Good price, with next day delivery included. The item arrived next day. I can't fault this Company and would have no hesitation in buying from them again. I had previously ordered the same item from another company but after a week I had no update and nothing arrived. When I rang them they said the item was not in stock and it would take another 2 weeks to source it. This was in spite of the fact that their website stated that they only offered items for sale that were in stock. Needless to say I canceled the order. I only wish I had ordered from Powertool World first.”

“Arrived when it should but just in an ordinary cardboard box not a Dewalt box and no paperwork enclosed. However all that said easy to register and will definitely shop here again. Thankyou”

“first class company reasonable pricing and genuine products A1 was a slight problem with delivery though not companies fault was offered next day delivery of items but courier was unable to deliver next day for some reason so had to redirect delivery to pick up point 2 days later which was a bit inconvenient as wanted items for work”
