“Can’t fault the speed of receiving my order, but after that it fell of a cliff. Goods arrived damaged, directly contacted them my email and only got automated response. Waited days no correspondence, tried to contact them via phone with no luck. Very very poor customer service”

“Received the drill quick. Drill packed up on a bank holiday, so understand nothing can be done on a bank holiday. But a week on and I haven’t received a response from PTW, no number to contact, just sales, which rings out and tells me to email. Shocking. Won’t be buying again from here at this rate.”

“I found the service at Power Tool World very good and efficient. But the carrier is a different matter, they delivered to the wrong address. I did eventually get my delivery, but more by good luck than good delivery. I suggest you use a Co. with drivers who can read an address.”
