“I have bought many paslode nail guns over the years and every one has turned up with a case. This didn't and it is very hard to know why you would sell one of without a case. There was nothing obvious on the advertisement that stated the case was not included so now i need to go to the hassle of purchasing and paying for delivery of a case that should have been included. It is not brilliant customer service”

“However, for me that is not even the real issue, my issue is the appalling customer services received by power tool world. I had not even had the tool a few days, unboxed it at home to simply test it out, discovered immediately it is of poor quality and contacted them for a simple Return and refund, but power tool world are refusing to give me my money back. They will not let me return the vacuum that is not fit for purpose, I sent a video showing that it struggles to suck up general saw dust from a carpet, larger bits ok but smaller particles no chance and the response was ‘it looks like it works as it should’. Clearly some guy that had never used a vacuum or held a power tool 😡😡😡 Not good enough. Avoid this retailer”

“Terrible shocking customer services, esp there c*** returns system!! Returned item 11th still no refund, open ticket but all you get is copy and paste updates!! From different people, i will most prob avoid this company from now on, dealt with them for yearss spent £££ and they screw you over with issuing refunds!! Not recommended”
