“Have bought several tools from Power Tool World. Only, and it has only been one occasion, a Makita battery planer for my son. It came loose in a large plain brown box. Not impressed. However, all the Dewalt 18v tools and tsak carry cases have all been packed well - no problems. Prices are keen, good website easy to use. Good phone reception if any queries. Confident they are legit tools. They stock the latest models as well as the previous version. (In contrast with two national hardware chains plus one of the big shed that sell off older models as ‘special sales tools’. Often more expensive than the latest models from PTW.”
