“I only buy tools from Power Tool world now, my only gripe is that I paid extra for next day (friday) shipping on my tool and it didnt arrive until Monday so I had a few jobs I had to leave hanging until the tool arrived. Pricing is fantastic and I can easily register my tools with Milwaukee for warranty.”

“Send me wrong saw. When returned it was informed that it will be 14 days to replace it. So I asked for a new invoice with new date on for registration my warranty. They rejected it, just sending automatically emails like a robot. One's I want to return it again because of that they want me charge up to 30% of value for it. Which is not right. Please don't choose this shop because One's you have any problem with no your fault they are not happy to help!!!”

“I have been a customer for years and spent god knows how much, but i bought a bosch charger on the 5th june because id misplaced mine and desp needed one but a few hrs later i found it so when it came obs didnt need it, so opened a rma, and the return process is shocking! Over a week now since they got it back and still no refund!! Its sth they can sell right on, im really unimpressed with ptw/cg fixings,”
