“Only part of the order arrived advertised as next day del8very, after much comunicati9n a week or 2 later thw remaining parts arrived, no comunicati9n on wheather i would be available to collect thrlem. one they simply canceled-stock8ng error, they said they would refund, but did not give me the operturtunity to replace. Emails were friendly but nothing achieved by them, the mde a total hash of it, i did grt the impressi9n was just a bad luck order, not sure. I would try agsin if they had somethung i wanted as they did at least respond to my emails Ordered makita tools they all work as expected, storage bag was canceled so cant comment, which is frusrrating as it qas specificaly f9r the waht id ordered!”

“Good product for a good price and very quick shipping! However, the packaging of my new (and not cheap) tool left something to be desired. The courier obviously didn't take much care with the package, as per usual, and the box was damaged. This wouldn't worry me if the tool was well packaged but it wasn't. The box was far too large and one piece of bubble wrap was not gonna stop it rolling around.”

“Hassle trying to get through on phone. Wanted to return lawnmower as not cutting properly. Eventually received a collection time. Nearly one week later still not received refund. Total disgrace.”
