“Needed this quickly and was let down by a big name tool supplier on delivery date. Found PTW online, not only promising quick delivery, which they did, next day, but were cheaper than the big name company. Fantastic service.”

“The Makita grass trimmer is very good but delivery was not good. DHL informed me it was out for delivery twice but it never arrived, despite me being at home to sign for it. I eventually drove about 30 miles to the DHL depot in Norwich to collect it.”

“Took over a week to arrive as DHL are useless. They tried several times to deliver to a business address miles from my address. Eventually they delivered. Impossible to get hold of any help from Power tool world. Low price but not worth the hassle. Won't be using again.”
