“My order was lost by DPD courier service. For three weeks now, I haven’t been able to get either a replacement order or my money back. The customer service is truly terrible. I’ve tried calling several times—they claim the average waiting time is 5 minutes, but I’ve been on hold for over half an hour each time, and then the system disconnects me. I’ve never managed to speak to anyone. I’m really frustrated and shocked by such an approach to customers.”

“Ordered with Power Tool World because of the next day delivery as I needed it for then,need less to say it didn’t turn up next day but the day after, I also thought the unit would come in a storage/carry dewalt box but it just arrived in a cardboard box.”
