“All went well, good price, fast delivery, then one of the products that was delivered was damaged,I actually think it was already a return as it did not have any internal packaging, I informed PTW and sent pictures, response was pretty quick!, apparently I have too fill out a DHL return form, then when the item arrives back at PTW they will send a replacement apparently this may take up to two weeks !,,, not sorry we’ve messed up we will sort it asap, but you need to organise it yourself, sent item back, checked tracking it arrived but heard nothing, so I followed up and informed them they had it, it then got sorted, really don’t think it would have had much attention if I hadn’t, asked for customer service and MD details, “Denied !” Told my complaint would be past on, obviously heard nothing back. Ultimately was without a crucial part of the main tool I purchased and unable to use through no fault of my own but apparently PTW policy !,,, very very unimpressed, ironically I also purchased from another company at the same time, they made a mistake and sent wrong item, things happen, they immediately shipped the correct one received following day and organised the collision of the incorrect one, about to order something else, guess which company I’m going to order from?. Clue!, it’s not PTW.”
