“Purchased a Milwaukee M12 BPS-421X 12v Sub Compact Polisher/Sander Inc 1x 4.0Ah & 1x 2.0Ah Battery from Power Tool World. This should have been in a dedicated Milwaukee case, but what got delivered was all of the individual components of the kit, plus some foam, which I was supposed to pluck out the shapes with a case for a drill! No where did it state that when I placed my order, I would not be getting the kit I ordered from them, but a DIY kit to make up after removing the internals from the case!! I know it’s petty, but I expect to receive what I ordered. The parcel also arrived poorly taped and was completely open on arrival!”

“Cheapest on the internet for thousands of products. Excellent product line and quality goods. Easy to order, very reliable, although the couriers they use, (DHL), are a bit erratic. Ordered quite a few products now and only been let down once. Not their fault, but a courier misunderstanding”
