“I bought a makita box complete with an insert for my new Makita angle grinder but it's a newer model which oline I checked and it said would fit this model However it didn't fit so I had to buy a rotary burr and grind the plastic to fit. Major alteration but now fits my grinder and keeps it solidly in place. Not Power Tool World' fault I guess - delivery was good so hey ho, all good now.”

“I ordered a Makita DVR350RTE 18v Poker Inc 2x 5.0Ah Batts, which should come with a carry case according to Makitas product description. Sadly what they actually supplied was a Makita DVR350Z along with a battery charger and pair of batteries, which does not come with a case. So I did not receive a case and had to pay extra for one elsewhere. I contacted customer service who just said 'it's clearly not included in their listing'. So read the listings carefully they don't necessarily supply the actual kit you have ordered☹️ On the positive side delivery was very quick.”

Hey Adam, Thank you for your review and the important feedback you have given. We do make some kits ourself to offer the best possible value for money, which can be similar to manufacturer kits. Feedback like yours will help us ensure we are as clear as we can be on the difference between the kits we put together Kind Regards Power Tool World

“Great price. Easy ordering online process. DPD let them down with an undesirable delivery method. (Negative trust pilot review sent), nothing to do with Power Tool World, just wish they would use another delivery company.”
