“I found the item I needed in the PTW site, ordered a few, & they were promptly delivered a few days later (I chose std delivery, as it wasn't urgent). All present, not crammed into a small box, well-packaged, undamaged, just as expected.”

“Item sold was without battery, and though specified in the description, this is not something most consumers are looking out for. Afterall, why would they be selling excluding the battery? Packaging specified that the item included battery, but it had been opened and removed. When refund requested for this reason, it was refused. My fault for not fully reading the description? Maybe. Is it reasonable and good customer service? No. I’m surprised they can work with Tesco.”

“Terrible company to purchase from you cannot get through to anyone on the phone I have still not received my order and am getting no reply to my emails regarding a refund, it has been almost 2 weeks and I am unsure if I will receive my goods or get a refund I would never buy from this company again!”
