Price was very good. I ordered a battery and chose free delivery, nevertheless, the battery arrived 2 days early. I had phoned the supplier for some advice prior to ordering and the man I spoke with was very unhelpful. My main complaint however is that the £120 battery was in a small box and had no padding whatsoever. I have tried the item and it seems fine but more through luck than judgement. I got away with it this time but I wouldn't use this company again for anything that I consider delicate.

Change your courier and ensure that more that you use bubble wrapping to protect the box

The product I received was very good , my complaint is the article cost just over £50 , but I had to pay nearly £20 in carriage as I live in Inverness . Power tool world is a good company but I find this very unfair . It is within the uk . Gordon Henderson .

I your feel you policy's imposed on the delivery company made it difficult for the item to be delivered. No leave in porch, not able to leave parcel at one of their delivery points. They had to try to deliver the item 3 times . the third time they did deliver after I left a virtual begging note on my door. Other wise the item would have been sent back to yourselves and you loosing your sale and me wondering if I would get my cash back.

The insistence on someone signing for the delivery made it stressful. I was out at work each time a delivery was attempted. Why can’t the package be left in a safe place like other organisations do?

DPD do have options if you are not going to be in such as rescheduling delivery for another day or leaving with a neighbour. We request that the goods are physically handed to a customer or a neighbour - albeit at a safe distance currently - to minimise the amount of lost orders and to mitigate the frustration that this can cause customers. Very poor customer response. The product I'd ordered got damaged during shipping and I could see from the tracking that it had gotten so far and was then heading back. I contacted them to find out why there was a delay in delivering and they said it was with the Returns team awaiting processing. I argued that it was not a return but damaged in transit and I was told that that was company policy. When I phoned again it turned out that they had received damaged product 4 days prior and were still "processing" . Customer Service could still not see why this was not my problem - I just wanted the goods I'd ordered. Eventually I received the goods after 10 days when it should have been 2. Never got an apology or notification or anything. Won't use again.

I cant give a good review, as I didn’t received the item. Its been sent out but never arrived. Two days later i tracked DPD and it said it was sent back to the seller...

Very prompt service BUT let down very badly by the delivery firm (DPD) all because they can’t follow basic orders! And because of that it impacted on my work, it cost me money because I couldn’t charge battery’s. Will order again but will insist don’t use them!!!

When I received the drill, the plug on the charger was broken. Not a problem, I contacted customer services who were great and sent me a return label which I printed out and had to find my nearest drop off point to drop off. I had been asked if I would like a refund or replacement, I stated I wanted a replacement as it was a present. I heard nothing so messaged a couple of times requesting when the replacement might be arriving. Then I get an email saying I’m getting a refund. No explanation. Really disappointed and had to wait a week for my refund to clear before I could order another one with another company. You were great with getting item delivered quickly and organising return, but no good with the communication after I returned the drill. An email apology would have been nice, at least I would have known what was going on and you possibly couldn’t replace the item, but having to chase you was not good, and it was you that gave me the choice of replacement or refund, then decided to give me a refund even though I had twice requested a replacement. Fortunately there are a lot of companies similar to yours, so plenty of choice to go elsewhere and I actually got it a few pounds cheaper.

I received half my order late as I’d paid for Saturday delivery and received it on Monday. so I had to make other arrangements at work due to needing it at work Monday, as I was working away i had to struggle all week without it . Then it was damaged. Dpd collected and I don’t have no clue when I’ll be getting a replacement.

Ordered a £5 item and paid £5 for postage and to took 5 days to get to me. Newton Aycliffe is around 100 miles to my house, I have had items delivered the next day from further away.. not impressed

While your initial price and service at the point of sale were good, with speedy delivery, your subsequent customer service in dealing with faulty products is very poor. I purchased a Makita drill bit accessory set about two weeks ago. I only used the drill bits for the first time yesterday to drill into standard house walls to hang a coat hook and mirror and four of those bits failed. One bent, and three rounded off at the top and were unable to drill into standard brick. When I emailed you about the poor quality and asked for a refund, you brushed me away with a comment that it’s a consumable item so not refundable. I could understand if it was wear and tear over a long period of use, but this was the first use and they failed almost immediately when used. Very poor after service.

Tool broken after 5 days use And it to go back to bosch for repair not back to the seller for an exchange Not ideal when you just want/need a tool to get on with the job

My order was faulty, instead of sending a new one or refunding, a long winded process to return through Makita instead which I find extremely unhelpful. May aswell have just gone to screw fix like originally planned

A free spare battery was an incentive to buy the tool. Unfortunately Karcher did not have that tool on their list. After spending time phoning power tool and several attempts at filling out the claim form ( which kept saying that tool was not included in the offers) Finally emailed Karcher and the reply stated that they had mistakenly not included the tool in the list and promised to send Me the battery. Guess what? Still have not got the battery!! Sorry Karcher you are getting your Dealers a bad name, saying that the Dealer could have been more helpful.

After trying to deliver my item twice, they took it back and it’s now over a week waiting for my refund. Very disappointed because of lost earnings as I wanted the tool for work. Even as I write, I still haven’t received my refund
