“The angle grinder arrived in good time but the tool sent with it was a hexagonal key which is not used on this machine. It needs a Y shaped spanner to tighten the discs for cutting - this would have been more useful!”

“Don't keep you updated if an item is going to take longer to post then what is on they web site. I ordered a nail in time for next day delivery which I never got as it wasn't in they stock and they had to wait for a delivery of them which I only found out when I rang up to see where it was. Then the delivery company the next day didn't deliver it to the correct address”

“We have had at least 5 dewalt combi drills ( dcd796 ) in the last 5 years and all of them have failed on the chuck collets or gearbox issues. We were tempted to go back to Makita but have gone for the DCD996 after reading that Dewalt have improved the chuck and collets. Were only one week in and this does feel like it could be up to our rigourous usage. Time will tell.”

“I have placed 2 orders recently with Power Tool World for the same item. I tried to order 2 of the same item on the first order but it said I could only order 1. This arrived very quickly, service was great. When I ordered the same item on the 2nd order, the price had increased by £5. I rang and rang to ask why the price had increased in the 6 days between each order but the phone just rang out. I ordered the 2nd item, but will think twice using this site again due to this.”

“I have reported a fault with a brand new DeWalt Orbital Sander and have been asked to send a video. This I have done twice. It is claimed that they have not received either videos. The fact remains that this is a product straight out of the box and once switched on stops after a few seconds. After some communication clear instructions were given to return the item to Power World Tools and this has resulted in a full refund. Thank you. the issue is not with the supplier so much as DeWalt and what would appear to be a common problem with this particular orbital sander DC210 looking belatedly at reviews on-line”

“Unfortunately I required this box to do a job over the New Year and website after Christmas stated “order today and get tomorrow!” Unfortunately website hadn’t been updated for their Christmas / New Year openings as a result unit arrived whilst I was still away & DPD had no way of redirecting to a new address 2 doors away (only states “leave with neighbour”) as a result when unit arrived my next door but one neighbour had to keep checking my doorstep as box is left with no signature and I didn’t want the chance of it being stolen.”
