I’ve ordered the Milwaukee bundle for £565. The impact driver arrived damaged with the trigger broken off . I sent back a week ago for a replacement and it’s been received by powertoolworld . I’ve been calling and emailing this week as I need to use the replacement but nobody answers the phone from 9 to when they’re open . No emails have been replied to , very unprofessional . If I don’t get my replacement this week I will report to trading standards .

Be aware pictures doesn’t match what you get when I told this to customer service they said they get pictures from Milwaukee and can’t help send it back if u aren’t happy so be aware you get a standard case but not a fuel case so you can’t connect to other cases

Wouldn’t recommend PowerTool World. I paid extra for next Day delivery as I needed Stapler for a project. The item did not arrive (This is not the first time this has happened) on the Due date. I rang PowerTool World telling them that I hadn’t received the item on the date that I had paid for. They said they would refund me the extra postage I had paid. I didn’t receive that at all. It would be nice if companies do what they say they are going to do.

Tool came faulty. You wouldn’t send me a replacement until I had sorted a return. ( at my time and expense) luckily a local Screwfix store enabled me to get the job done. If your core business is online orders you need to review and improve your returns policy if you want to get my custom back

As a company I recently bought a Makita impact driver only to find the trigger was faulty. I contacted you but instead of sending a replacement out. You insisted the item was packaged up ( at my expense) I had to wait for a returns slip from you, and then take it to a drop off point. I am then left with the problem of no tool, no work, no productivity. Or get a replacement. Thankfully we have a Screwfix local and I have bought a new machine and await a refund from you. As your business is all online if you can’t offer a better service with returns you won’t get customers coming back myself included. I await my refund.

It’s not the company itself it’s the delivery service you have chosen to represent you that’s let you down I never received my item and I lost 3 days waiting for it to come and not even an apology I had to get a refund in the end

This tool has been used 3 x and has stopped working in less than one month. I have contacted dewalt who then arranged collection and took the tool for nearly one week and send me back a non working nail gun. The service is poor and the nail gun is not recommended

Bought some products can’t leave a review on them although I paid for next day delivery the numptys at DPD kept taking it off their vans worst company in the business As far as power tool they did apologise and cancelled the delivery and offered a refund

Totally ignorant I emailed immediately upon receipt to ask why no spanner was included, the unit is rendered useless without one, also emailed with regards to been unable to register on my dewalt account for extended warranty as the unit is a discontinued model this was not mentioned online or any reflection in the price, both my emails have been ignored from ordering up to present day, would steer clear of this company.

We would like to reassure you that this is definitely not a discontinued product with Dewalt UK . It is available as a body only & as a component of multiple kits that are all still currently listed. The spanner you refer to is now a hexagon wrench as detailed on our listing for the DCG412N-XJ , if this was missing please contact our customer service helpdesk (help@powertoolworld.co.uk) who will be more than happy to send out a replacement.
