The hammer drill was returned due to received in damaged condition. No replacement from Power Tool World as out of stock reason which makes me to believe that the damaged tool sent was the last one and they still sent it knowing it is damaged. Refund received but stil poor experience.

All good until you need to refund/return an item. Honestly id rather just pay £20 more and buy it from Screwfix/Amazon. I've spent the best part of 2 weeks sending images and videos for a faulty item. The company has made me jump through so many ridiculous hoops for no reason. I still haven't got a replacement or my money back. I can't just take it back to the shop like Screwfix and they don't have a straightforward returns process like Amazon. So if you 100% sure your item won't break down on you, go for it. Otherwise buy elsewhere.

Was meant to be delivered 2 weeks ago and still nothing, customer services blaming DPD for the delay as DPD say it’s been delivered. Currently waiting for some form to be delivered so I can get a refund. Won’t be buying anything else from here again, shame really as I’ve never had a problem with them before but the customer service is terrible.

Please read my review above. Shame on Powertool world. The product isnt great. Powertool worlds reaction and service is Shocking. I would look at another dewalt retailer as they dont accept something just not being good enough, remember we all have distant selling rights when buying on line. My dispute continues and so does my fight for justice. Hopefully Powertool world will realise they cant bully customers into submission. Shame on you Dan and others.

The tools were bought to replace ones that were stolen from my van. When I placed the order it said the delivery time was 2 -4 days but due to power tool world's incompetence it took eight days for them to be delivered. I rang power tool world to see why they hadn't been delilvered and they told the that my full address hadn't been put on the parcel and it had ended up at the wrong delivery depot and they were sorting it out and it would be delivered on Tuesday, I told them no one would be in on Tuesday and they weren't bothered at all and didn't even apologise for their mistake with my address. I will not be using power tool world

Makita 18v LXT Cordless Brushless 150mm Pruning Saw DUC150Zexcellent tool. Much more capable than I expected. Battery life is excellent Extremely light and easy to handle, it cuts well and allows for one handed operation

Tools stolen in delivery, waiting to see what is happening, no communication at all (call back in 6 day's......), sent in such a flimsy box I'm surprised they didn't fall out the bottom.....

I got sent out the wrong tool I received a. Multi tool instead I ordered a makita angle drill dead easy kno I have to wait for my cash refunded so I can reorder the drill again thanks Edd

Would never use again. Paid for next day delivery and over 2 weeks later still no product. DPD are bunch of liars who say they attempted delivery when they clearly haven't!

Power tool world didn’t want to deal with the return and directed my to the Makita warranty return service. As the retailer it’s their responsibility to deal with the matter.

will never buy from powertool world ever again as they do not offer refunds for faulty goods they direct you to the makers after 7-30 days and want nothing more to do with you I cant deal with a company like that

Not allowed by your company to exchange an item. I bought from you as a birthday gift because of your 14 day policy. Ridiculous now left with something that we’re not going to use. Won’t be using your company again.
