Basically I received the router with half of the bits missing out of the box. This was then sent straight back to Dewalt.

Batteries are not holding the power much after charging either they are very old or they not genuine Fein batteries

Purchased two tools for next day delivery on a Sunday so expected on Tuesday. Phoned Wednesday as not received, told next day. Phoned Thursday told upgraded to next day before 12. Phoned Friday and advised could try next day delivery again or cancel. I chose to cancel as wasn't convinced they even knew where the parcel was. Chased refund Monday and finally someone called me on Tuesday to say a manager had agreed the refund while they were still waiting for the parcel back from DPD. I am still waiting for this on Saturday. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant enough but really no one came back to me until the very end. It seems DPD were at fault but an experience like this is enough to put you off. Ordered same goods from two other suppliers with next day delivery and they both arrived so who knows?

Didn't get my item. I paid for express delivery, but get refund only for the item, not delivery. They could do better.

Simple and easy to use and order. Delivery was first class. Ordered Friday and delivered Saturday morning!

Had to send back item as it was faulty to be told that I hopefully would see a new one the following day of you receiving it after having to chase it up. Got home that night to be told that I had a refund as you had no more in stock. So I could have re ordered one earlier from elsewhere as it was a massive inconvenience not having that item for the time it was being returned to you.

I ordered and paid for a dewalt radio waited nearly two weeks in total only to be told that it had been delivered by courier and signed for , i or none of my family or neighbours took or signed for a delivery I have ask power tool world for copy of signature and other details they are ignoring my request . At the minute I’m 180 pounds out of pocket and I haven’t received my item it’s crazy that a high profile company like this can have such shocking customer service 😡

Useless 1st order never made it to me contacted customer service they told me i never received it because i was not it after 2 attempts,that was a complete lie always someone home and i have cctv everywhere also a dpd app that alerts me of a coming parcel i had nothing,eventually got a refund after opening a case through PayPal, had to order again costing me more money for paying for next day as i needed the item as i had already been waiting a week for the 1st one,i would avoid using again poor service,use at your peril.

Terrible experience due to their courier of choice-dpd leaving my £250 sprayer approx 3 miles away in a random garden out in the open with the obviously high value item not wrapped/disguised at all.If it wasnt for the honesty of the householder-I would be seriously out of pocket-lucky me.Dpd provided a useless picture of a garden I had NO KNOWLEDGE of.Shant buy from this company again unless they change their courier firm-I simply cant afford to waste £250 on incompetent delivery-who can!?

Didnt turn up. When i spoke to powertool they said they were investigating, a week later id heard nothing so had to call them, they said they will start a claim but will take over a week. I just needed the batteries, really disappointed in the service.
