I am still waiting for you to send an item to me that was missing from my order, Your colleague, Lauren seems to want me to blame the carriers for opening the box en route. I am confident that this did not happen.

They put a Milwaukee nail gun on black Friday sales, stock was showing as available on their website, so I placed my order. After a few days my order was just cancelled and refunded, only to find the same nail gun at nearly £800 from £420. I was able to source elsewhere for £440.

Tried to order angle grinder, but the one I wanted was not in stock. Rechecked a few days later and it was in stock. sent order but received a smaller version and different model.Contacted customer service, no problem will refund if it is sent back. Refused to collect item from delivery point, so had to get a carrier to return it at my exspense, no acknowledgement of receiving this item, and will not answer emails, what a company, now you have the cheek to ask for a review of my experience. I have had to take this further under the Sale of Goods act to get this sorted.

I have made complaint about not receiving my parcel, PTW are satisfied that parcel has been delivered ? Because Dpd said it has ? None of my neighbours have accepted a parcel for me !

Very poor service, paid for 2 makita battery with next day delivery. No attempt to deliver and had to wait over 2 weeks for my money back!

I wasn't going to leave a review but an invitation to leave one was received!! I wouldn't recommend using this company. Ordered Dewalt battery and charger on a 1 - 3 day delivery. Five days later, nothing, no communication to say the order was dispatched. Tried telephoning, just an automated message. Tried emailing- no reply!! Live chat, managed to communicate with someone. Given an excuse due to many orders received there is a backlog. Promised my order will be dispatched asap. Following everything I receive a message to say the charger is out of stock!!!! Six days from ordering and no goods..... joke of a service.

Items arrived in good time good price. That’s where it ends. The box was not fit for a cuddly toy. Two separate orders the boxes arrived open with very little in the way of tap. First box had been repaired by courier but still left in door in a poor state.

I give this bad rating because of the delivery from DPD it arrived on monday not friday their excuse was i was not at home they took a photo not even my house was a friend of mine 4 miles away and all the time the courier put the blame on me i was home.DPD the worst couriers around

The Tstak (II) refers to the box size , with the newer IP54 rated boxes having the designation 2.0 to denote 2nd generation. never received my order it had correct name and address on but aomehow the incorrect postcode im in cumbria my parcel went to someone elses house in seansea powertool world have washed there hands of it with no regard a responsibility to me not getting my parcel and 80 pounds outve pocket , poor after care dont deal with them

Our courier partner has confirmed this has been delivered to the address you specified & closed the claim.
