I never got the nail gun, after multiple postal dates I had to cancel the order, lies after lies as to where the delivery was and the final straw was leaving work to go home and wait for a delivery that never came.

Ordered makita impact wrench sockets (for scaffolding) the new sockets don’t work with scaffold fittings. Therefore didn’t do as stated and power tool world would not accept a return even unused and still in original packaging. will never order from here again

Upon reviewing this with our Technical Team, they have confirmed that there had been a typing error on our product listing. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, the product listing has now been updated. It has been confirmed that this socket is suitable for the industry standard 21mm scaffolding nuts. I paid for next day delivery After 3 days I contacted the site when my order hadn’t arrived I was told that there was a computer error & hopefully it would be out for delivery soon I’ve spent around £1000 on this site recently & I don’t think I’ll use it again any time soon

Ordered 2 batteries, I was sent 2 batteries that are 2 years old, they were returned, I have sent emails about my refund £165 tried online chat phoned and nothing it’s been a week and nothing from power tool world
