“Ordered on the 1st November as it was the weekend never expected it to arrive till maybe Tuesday as you offered next day delivery . Tuesday came and went so sent email asking delivery date , no response to my email from anyone at power tools it then arrived on Thursday . Can not really say anymore than that . Regards”
