“Terrible Experience - Avoid! I ordered from Power Tool World because they offered next-day delivery, but a week later, my parcel still hadn’t arrived. To make matters worse, they then canceled my order entirely without providing any explanation. Getting my money back turned into a frustrating ordeal with unnecessary drama and poor customer service. This was a complete waste of my time and energy. If you value reliable service and professionalism, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere.”

“Easy to find website. Found and ordered a new new DEWALT 18V Rapid charger. Easy to complete form on line for item required and details for delivery etc. Payment was very easy with my debit card and a secure and safe transaction completed the sale. Charger duly arrived within 3 days well packed and as a result i received the charger undamaged and in perfect working order. Care had been used to pack the charger is a sound sealed box. Highly recommend this seller. Will be making more purchases in the new few weeks.”
