“I found Power Tool World online when looking for a cordless Makita Lawnmower. They had good reviews and their range of Makita products was good and competitively priced. There was also a free battery on selected items, luckily one I was looking to buy. The buying and delivery process was seem less, with easy to use web pages, and good communication on the progress of the delivery. I was able to register my Makita online easily as they are a recognised Makita stockist, this gave me a 3 year Makita guarantee, a year more than the norm. I also used their sight to redeem the free battery. I also noticed they do great deals on all the major tool suppliers and would not hesitate to use them again.”

“Very disappointed indeed. The first mower we received had several parts missing so we arranged for it too returned and replaced, despite it being almost impossible to get through by phone. We finished received the replacement in a torn box with several parts missing AGAIN! This was a birthday gift - very unhappy with the service.”
