“this item took well over a week to arrive which for next day delivery was a little frustrating, with no communication from the company except when I contacted them, and then it was just your normal excuses. This was a shame because previous purchase went well.”

“Order took a week to arrive after choosing next day delivery. Communication about this was good and was told they were renovating the warehouse (it's been a few weeks since so don't know if this is sorted now) which I can understand although none of this was written on the website before making the purchase. Was told I would get 10% off the next order although haven't heard anything about that since?”

“Orderd 3 boxes of nails, next day delivery, on the 25th June and I'm still waiting Seems to be a conspiracy between DHL and powertool world to make sure I never receive them”
