“Considering i am sat here with a £400.00 Bosch Shredder that does not work at all it just shows your company is run by computers with not the slittest human contact or consideration. I have been waiting over a week for you to sort out this problem and you have the nerve to ask me to review your service..I am considering what action to take next.”

“I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service. Ordered a nail gun and 2 batteries. Two days later, a radio arrived! I've sent that back and twelve days later I still don't have nail gun, batteries or a refund. Spent 30 minutes on phone to be cut off and told to go online! Have sent about 10 emails and still not sorted. Not a happy customer at all with no products and £406 down.”
