“Company were absolutely amazing as after hours of looking at Bosch battery drills with about 20 pages open i ordered the wrong drill. Sent a request for them to cancel it as i had already paid, they were fantastic cancelled my order allowing me to purchase the more powerful drill that i was supposed to order. Cant thank them enough they saved the day, delivery was super quick and will definitely be going back on to their site as the prices are great and their flash sales are amazing thank you so much highly recommend this site.”

“When ordering it stated next working day delivery, yet it took nearly a week to arrive, not that it’s a problem just don’t advertise something you can’t manage, if it’s going to be a week tell people and they won’t have to stay in and wait for it.”

“You’ll always find what you’re looking for no matter the brand . The customer service dept go above and beyond to make sure you have all the correct info you’d ever need to know . Telephone communications are always polite , respectful and very helpful . Wouldn’t go anywhere else and Powertool world prices are always very competitive and have amazing deals regularly . “As a makita part addon goes it does the job well it certainly makes it a lot longer being an extenstion that I use on my edge trimmer for the ugx60 motor head it makes this tool with all three parts together over three metres long and able to reach silly heights of hedges now but there is only one downside to it it can make it a little heavy at the cutting end of it because of the weight of the cutting blades and it's own motor parts but that's all but other than that it runs smooth & many thanks to ptw for swift dispatch.”
