“Purchased a product for next day delivery Didn't receive the product so cancelled, this was nearly 2 weeks ago, wrote to them yesterday, because I haven't got my money back yet , still not received a response not good service at all please can I have my money back, its quick enough to come out of my account”

“Although I’m happy with power tool world I did have a problem I believe with dpd ( the carrier ) they said it was delivered and even took a photo yet it had not been delivered! I had to contact dpd myself because power tool world would not! I had a very stressful and very angry time trying to contact them! When I did they said they would get the driver to come back. When the driver came back 5 hours later he apologised and said “ it had been left on the van by accident” I told him then why was a photo taken and said delivered? He had no reply! They obviously had tried to steel the battries because they knew it was from you power tool world” unfortunately this does reflect on you and I’m unlikely to purchase from you again. I’d rather pay a few pounds more and go to a shop and have it in hand. If power tool world had intervened in a helpful manner then my review may have been different. Other than that great price and delivery was prompt.”

“The box was half open and had just one piece of loose cardboard for packing, no instructions or guarantee in the box, I was very tempted to send it back but the machine looked unused and appears to work ok. It’s unbelievable that someone would dispatch a machine with nothing protecting it and not even a bit of tape holding the box together. Whoever dispatched it clearly should look for another job. Don’t think I will use this company again!”
