“I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received!! The lawn mower arrived on time, which was good; however, after discovering a crack in the body of the mower, I contacted the company to request an exchange. Unfortunately, their phones are not being answered, and the email I sent took four days to receive a very generic response that did not resolve my issue. I emailed them again with my exchange request a, which was eventually granted. I posted the lawnmower back the next day once they emailed me a label and now I was told I need to wait another 14 days before the exchange will be sorted. If its longer, they asked me to contact them again to remind them. 11 days in after the intial contact and now onto another 14days of waiting... possibly more”

“You have asked me to write a review whilst trying still to resolve an issue with my order, which still hasn’t been received by me! Your courier claims to have delivered the parcel and it was signed for by me. No one was at home to receive it the time the message from DHL. I then received a picture of it outside my front door, I then ask myself why would someone sign for thier parcel and leave it at the door?? I have emailed you 3-4 times now just the automated response Still waiting patiently”

“Ordered a set of pliers from Power Tool World as they were very well priced and offer next day delivery if ordering by 7pm; very useful. Unfortunately, DHL let them (and me) down so I had to contact PTW's customer services and they were very helpful. Overall, fantastic.”
