“I selected a 10.8v Makita set that was in my basket on the PTW website and proceeded with the purchase. Unfortunately the item delivered was an 18v Makita set that I already owned. I checked the order details and I had placed the order for the 18v Makita set, my bad for not checking. In my defence how did the item I added to my basket change. I contacted PTW and was told I would need to pay for the return postage for incorrect purchase and would receive points to purchase future mechadise from PTW as PTW do not provide full refunds. I have contacted PTW to resolve the situation. I have spoken and emailed staff that have tried to assist me but there was nothing they can do. Due to the situation I was unable to purchase the item elsewhere as I now have £270 of points with PTW to spend that I'm now awaiting to be issued. The customer service has been very good but the no refund policy has caused me an inconvenience.”

“Great customer service no problem with a replacement pressure washer when I discovered a assembly fault , despite me using the machine for a total of 20 hours they insisted I received a brand new correctly assembled unit , what a brilliant outcome”
