“Normally when I order from Power Tool World they send tools well packaged, but unfortunately someone in the packing department though to not do this. So my DeWalt Polisher arrived with a ripped open dewalt box, and damage to the polisher. This box has already been opened as someone has done a poo job re-sealing the box. So either a return or something else. Unfortunately couriers nowadays don’t really care and throw items as they are lazy. So if my order was packed correctly then it would’ve be ok. But now I have to either return it or keep a slightly damaged polisher that wasn’t cheap. I know this company is busy, but I have emailed them twice and still no reply. But I’m sure they will get back to me. It’s a shame as I have bought 3 dewalt tools from PTW, and the last two I gave 5 stars. Sorry but only 1 this time. So maybe have a word with your packing department. Thank you.”

Hello, Thank you so much for your review feedback like this will help us improve. I have searched our records and I have not been able to find a record of you letting us know about the damage, I can find your return request but it is not mentioned. I will ask a member of the team to reach out and get as much information as they can so we can give the right feedback to the right team. Kind Regards Power Tool World
